Waited 9 min for our 2 sandwiches with us being the only ones in the drive thru today. Not sure what took so long with 4-5 people working back there. Definitely not “freaky fast”. The last few times were also very slow service.

So disappointed with the 2 sandwiches we bought. Each had 1 piece of meat,and 1 piece of bacon. Mine was supposed to have lettuce and tomato, it had a few strings of lettuce, no tomato. Our bill was $29.50 for 2 regular "favorites" sandwiches with delivery, 2 - $9.99 sandwiches. Now I remember why we haven't ordered from Buffalo Jimmy John's in a year, it wasn't worth the money last time either. I don't expect anything extra, I just want what I pay for.

No delivery driver on a Sunday night! Should NOT have the option for delivery if it’s truly NOT an option! So now have to wait DAYS for the money to go back on my card. Shameful!

I really wanted Jimmy John's but unfortunately buffalo and Monticello is starting to suck. Got to the drive-thru waited 3 minutes there is nobody in the drive-thru nobody in the store and I left I will never go back

Second time in the last 3 visits they have messed up my order. There were only two people in the drive-thru, and yet I still was given the wrong sandwhich!!! How does that happen? Unbelievable. Didn't look at my order until I got home. But last I checked, roast beef and turkey look a bit different!
