Got my order, but I didn't check to see if everything was there. 2 brownies weren't there. So tomorrow I have to go back and pick them up. I wasn't going to drive 13 miles to get 2 brownies.
Waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order. I waited another 15 minutes after paying for my sandwich. They were completely backed up on orders with at least 5 people working. I love their unwiches, and I will continue to go there, but freaky fast should not be their slogan!
