Super disappointed. The portion sizes are Tiny, barely a personal amount of potatoes and coleslaw at $3.99 each? When did they get so tiny? And so expensive! And the chicken nuggets were soggy and basically seemed not fully cooked... Inedible, and not even big enough to call a chicken nuggets, more like a Pellet. Staff was nice. Compare the dip cup to the size of the nuggets. Compare the Teaspoon size to the potatoes and the Coleslaw. Disappointed. Glad I took advantage of the free 8 piece or this trip would have been expensive! Almost a hour drive to get there for this?!?!?! Won't do that again.

Tonight I saw an elderly woman get turned away when she tried to enter at 7:03pm (lobby current closes at 7pm). The employee argued with her and wouldn’t let her in. Just sad to see how poor customer service has gotten these days.

I have not had kfc in a long time so I went through the drive through just to buy some family meal the way the manager was talking to me was very rude. First of all the menu is so confusing why is a 12 0c meal cost $45 ?? But then on the menu has a different price on there, instead of the manager to take his time to explain the menu he proceeded to say bye! and said that chicken is not cheap. Sir I don’t mind paying for a 12 pc for $28 but as a meal for 45 meal, you can easily get that somewhere cheaper ! That’s not the annoying part. Being a person of color you don’t tell me that chicken is not cheap!! Just to degrade me infront of your employee. I bet you won’t say that to your other customers. If you going to manage a fast food as a manager do better !! I am disappointed in the treatment I got here! Telling me bye!!! You bye !! If you can’t handle customer complaints then leave and let someone else take over! I usually brush off a lot of things but this got me irritated ! But am hoping it was just a one off situation of I had a bad day. Let’s hope for a better day !!
