Tonight I saw an elderly woman get turned away when she tried to enter at 7:03pm (lobby current closes at 7pm). The employee argued with her and wouldn’t let her in. Just sad to see how poor customer service has gotten these days.

I have not had kfc in a long time so I went through the drive through just to buy some family meal the way the manager was talking to me was very rude. First of all the menu is so confusing why is a 12 0c meal cost $45 ?? But then on the menu has a different price on there, instead of the manager to take his time to explain the menu he proceeded to say bye! and said that chicken is not cheap. Sir I don’t mind paying for a 12 pc for $28 but as a meal for 45 meal, you can easily get that somewhere cheaper ! That’s not the annoying part. Being a person of color you don’t tell me that chicken is not cheap!! Just to degrade me infront of your employee. I bet you won’t say that to your other customers. If you going to manage a fast food as a manager do better !! I am disappointed in the treatment I got here! Telling me bye!!! You bye !! If you can’t handle customer complaints then leave and let someone else take over! I usually brush off a lot of things but this got me irritated ! But am hoping it was just a one off situation of I had a bad day. Let’s hope for a better day !!

Just remembered that I came here ten years ago when they were doing buffet style ordering. Paid for my food grabbed a few pieces of chicken, sat down only to realized that there was a long dark hair wrapped around the piece of chicken that I was about to eat. Went and told cashier who refunded my money and then I left and haven't been back.

I ordered 4 drinks, the cashier only rang up 3 drinks. I ordered 2 applesauce (for the 2 children that were with me) the cashier rang up 1. We got 3 plates for 4 people! The manager said basically - that it is too bad... the cashier read the order back. They did nothing. I will NEVER be back, spend $60.00 and didn't get what we wanted. This was the Buffalo MN KFC
