Used the mobile app and went thru the drive through this evening and ordered 3 of the 10 piece nuggets and assorted sauces to go with them. When we got home to eat (20 minutes away) there were NO sauces in our meals. Really disappointing when I paid extra for the new limited time Nether Sauce.

You guys couldn't get an order right if your life's depend on it 3 times worst place ever

The cost of the burger and fries was excessive, and the fries were quite expensive. The store was not up to the mark, and the service was rather average. It felt like we were being served by robots.

There is nothing bad about this establishment, but it is still just a McDonald's.

Waited 20 min in the drive through, went inside and waited another 15 min. They gave me a free sandwich card after I asked for a full refund, had to ask more times to get the refund. Place is run by clowns

I swear it’s always every 1 out of 5 times I go here it’s the worst customer and overall experience ever. So today I had placed an online order and a somebody I knew was picking it up for me and him. They walk in and from what I was told they were being harassed for going to pick up the order initially telling them “I had to be there in person”. So I send him the receipt and then it changes to they need the order number. So after about 5 minutes of arguing they give him our food. He gets home and we open it to see the WRONG ORDER! IT EVEN HAVE THE RECIET OF MY ORDER ON THE BAG! HOW DO YOU EVEN MESS THAT UP?! The people who work here are always in a mood as well. I’ll sit down to eat and they will always come up and ask me random questions like in I’m a fancy diner. I get there trying to be nice but if I’m sitting there both my headphones in do I look like I want to talk to somebody. This is just actually annoying to deal with.

They always have my orders ready to go when I order from the app. Not my favorite fast-food, but always just what I expect.

No cashiers available to take anyone's order. They make you be your own cashier basically. Also there's no pop machine.

I am a T1D for those of you who don’t know, that stands for Type 1 Diabetic. Last night I came to pick up food because a doordasher would not pick up our food and since we already paid for it, went and saw if we could get it, but once we got to the drive through, an unpleasant woman answered and said we could not get our order. I am EXTREMELY upset about this because when I got back my blood glucose was low and had to gulf food down my throat, because it was 30 minutes since I dosed and needed food, yet the EXTREMELY unpleasant woman at night would NOT give me my food for my medical need.

Great job at what they do

Excellent service and atmosphere. But the food... I keep giving it another go, trying something different. Every time disappointed. This morning I tried the breakfast. Egg was like a wet sponge. Didn't even taste like an egg. The iced coffee... I was charged extra for pumpkin flavor and it hardly even tasted like pumpkin.

This is my local McDonald's and unfortunately, it only disappoints my family and I whenever we visit for a quick meal. The biggest complaint about this location is the lack of availability to place your order with an actual person. It's all kiosk driven. When you try to place an order at the one register that is at the front, you must first wait several minutes for someone to notice you, then you're immediately told to go to the kiosk to place your order instead - so you're forced to do their job for them. There are only two kiosks, so if it's busy inside, you have to wait even longer for your turn to place your order on one. If you have a coupon or want to pay with cash, you have to complete your order at the register anyways, so what's the point? As I'm waiting for my food, I only ever hear other customers complain about the lack of service and long waits.

The second major complaint is their inability to get orders right. So many times, we get home from ordering our dinner to go, only to find out they forgot someone's sandwich. Or, they failed to customize our order correctly. Most recently, my wife ordered a Quarter pounder, and paid more to have lettuce and bacon included. We received our order and while they put lettuce on it, they forgot the bacon. She brought it up to the register, waited until someone noticed her, complained about her order not being right, and received a "corrected" order, but this time they forgot about the lettuce. She had to go back up once again, wait for someone to notice her, then complained that her corrected order was wrong, once again. She got a refund and ate the wrong order as a means of giving up on them getting it right. The rest of the family finished our food before she even started hers.

Also, the fountain drinks area was removed during COVID lockdowns and was never replaced. Same with self serve Ketchup and napkins...you must wait to be noticed, then you ask for those items instead of being able to get your own.

Additionally, I wish McDonald's would just do away with the app deals and just even out their prices. I paid about $3 for a small orange juice, which looked to be 8oz because it wasn't filled to the top. One hash brown is $3, which means you're paying $6 for just the two items at full price. That's criminal.

The last issue I have is the soulless, angular, gray, boring interior of the eating area. It's void of character and charm. McDonald's may hit the nostalgia nerve with the flavor of their food, but the atmosphere it used to have is completely gone.

We enjoy eating at Culver's down the road much more since they don't mess up orders, customer service is very much front and center, and their food tastes better, even at the same price McDonand's charges for their food. I think this franchise owner should sit down and watch old McDonald's training videos from the 1980's to remind him or her what customer service actually is.
