Love eating here in the morning. everyone is just so nice and fast. It makes me laugh reading all the negative reviews thinking to my self (well to make the experience better first read the menu it changes constantly i mean if the item is grayed out it means they dont have it. But you know people cant even be bothered to read. be patient if it's busy its not there fault. And lastly I don't know if everyone knows this but Da nobody can drive in this state the lines on the road are there for a reason lol.

Sunday night absolutely poor service. Waited over 10 minutes for a burger and soda. The man in before me with 2 young children waited over 20 minutes for their food with no communication. Workers blaming it on soda machine issue. If so then communicate to customers. Multi manager working tonight should literally put it be put on the train duty for screaming at customers

Always great service and friendly staff. Still some of the same issues as any other location: machine maintenance problems, app lag, busy time = pull forward for the most fresh food... and I am perfectly fine with that. It is much better than the alternative option of being served old food. They are still doing great work. Order errors are few and far between for us.
I have only used the drive thru at this location and only in conjunction with the mobile app. I cannot comment on direct order or going inside the establishment.
Parking is always available and the lot is always tidy.

I will never eat here again. Tired of spending my money on McNuggets just to not get the sauce I asked for. They can keep their sauce and I'll spend money elsewhere.
I just got back from McDonald’s in buffalo. For the second time in a row my meal wasn’t correct. I ordered a 10 pc chicken nuggets got 8. Ordered a Big Mac meal with no cheese no pickles no onions. Got home the Big Mac had everything on it. I don’t understand how this can happen twice in a row. Nothing is worse then having to wait for the meal because it wasn’t ready ( and got a regular one) get home hungry and both orders are wrong. ( not the only time) the money spent on something that should be correct and it’s not is ridiculous. Don’t know if these reviews do anything but I had to say something. Training, people or management fix it !

Ordered a frappe, heard the machine make the drink but then it sat there for 10 minutes, finally called out the order number and my frappe was all liquid, I will definitely next time drive and additional extra 15 minutes to the next McDonalds then come here again, very disappointed.
