My husband and I were frequent customers for many years, but we stopped going Our experiences with the staff wasn't welcoming, and we started to feel as if they didn't care about US the customers , !! It took forever to get our food, and we couldn't even find our server to even ask where our meals were. Worst customer service !!!!! Our neighbors recently mentioned that had visited for a late lunch and were VERY impressed with the obvious changes They said that a new GM, name Melissa clearly changed the whole experience We went! I was a server for many years, I have certain expectations, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not easy to wait on. with that being said, we were immediately impressed with the welcoming aura as we walked in,.. We were promptly greeted, led to our table, even had a bit of a chat, Come to find out that it was Melissa, the new GM my neighbor spoke of. The place has made such a great turn around. We'll definitely be back! Thank you Melissa for the excellent hospitality! You've done an amazing job turning things around! I hope they appreciate you like we do !!!!

Was there last week for the first time in about 5 years. Had to wait to be seated because no hostess in site. After seated took at least 5 minutes for a server. We ordered coffee and it took almost 10 minutes to get it. Server did apologize .We ordered and the food was delivered in a timely manor. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, bacon and a 2 pancakes. All was good except my eggs had eggshells in at least 3 bites. Our server never came back to check on us to see if everything was ok. My thoughts are they were short on help?
Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Sad you get charged .99 cents for 1 little piece of onion if I would have known that would not have ordered thought it would add flavor to the dried out burger and they were not busy but service was terrible and wait 15 minutes at the checkout cuz the employee was in back on her phone looks like they not busy and they have lost my business also the prices you pay their you should be treated like a queen

My Dad and I meet here every Saturday for lunch! We have had a server named Bo several times now and he is AMAZING! He remembers us, treats us so well and always makes sure we are well taken care of! Thank you so much Bo!!!! We'll definitely keep coming back!

Beaux was amazing as our server. We usually avoid this Perkins because in the past the service has been horrible! We only live 5 minutes from this Perkins' but will drive out of our way to go to another location. Thanks to Beaux, again excellent service, we will start trying this location again! Thanks Beaux!!!

Beaux was an incredible server! It was Father’s Day and extremely busy. Beaux was very efficient and made sure our order got placed before a really large group. He was attentive and very nice. Our food came out quickly, and was correct and delicious. Great experience! Beaux is an asset to Perkins!

I've chosen to no go to the buffalo perkins a long time.
Well I broke down and tried it just now.
The food was great the restaurant was very clean nee manager and shift leaders that care..
I had new employee here name was Nora H.
Yup you could tell was new but very attentive and listened to her shift leader.
FYI didn't make them faces behind his back. Lol.
I know a lot of us on buffalo kinda written perkins off but I strongly recommend giving them another chance.

Me and my friends have been coming here for the past three years all throughout high school. We usually would bring our teammates after practices to have team breakfast. Typically we would order the kids meals and get them without the drink and muffin because we are above the age limit but just recently we got told we couldn’t order it because there has been a switch in management which is wrong because we have seen the same manager for the past year. Every other Perkins location has allowed us to order the kids meal but a certain waiter at Buffalo has denied us our orders and ruined our morning. I don’t get why we would be unable to order the kids meal if we just want smaller portion sizes and we still don’t get the full deal. We are important customers and this Perkins has just lost our business and our whole team’s business.

Today, for the first time, I'm disappointed with the service. I've been waiting for more than 40 minutes without food. It took them 20 minutes to bring us drinks.
