This place, specifically Jess, always makes my drinks superb. The atmosphere is blacked and busy for a reason, they know how to bring people back for more. My only complaint is when you go in towards close the workers stand around and talk instead of helping you which i get being young but when there people in line, maybe don’t do that.
Dietary restrictions: I have to have 0 caffeine and they always make me decaf drinks that taste like coffee but aren’t going to make me sick. Everywhere else refuses and offers me “cream based” which i do not want.

Does not honor the offers that are advertised on the app. Went in, told them I wanted to do the 4 for $20 and got told "we don't do that here" If your not going to honor the offers from the app it should be advertised so people don't waste their time standing in line to not end up getting anything.

I love coming to this Starbucks! I think the gal who made my drink yesterday was Jess. Most times I come in she is always working, and she always has a smile on her face and is so friendly! I think she could tell I was ordering a drink I had ever tried before. (I found the recipe online - Grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso w/ pumpkin sauce, pumpkin cream cold foam, & pumpkin spice topping). She was asking me how many pumps of pumpkin sauce I wanted and I wasn’t sure. She was super helpful and recommended *not* getting the full 4 pumps otherwise it would be extremely sweet. So I decided on 2 pumps but was hesitant. After she made my drink and handed it off, she told me “Taste it first before you go, I want to make sure you love it, if not I’m happy to re-make it for you”. I thought that was so nice! I tasted it right at the counter and it was AMAZING! Best tasting drink I’ve ever ordered at a Starbucks. I told her it was perfect and she was really happy that I loved it! Amazing customer service and SO friendly! She has worked at Target ever since I can remember, and I love seeing her at Starbucks because I know I can count on wonderful service & that my drinks will taste amazing ?

Not very friendly staff. First time walking into the Starbucks(usually do drive up add on). I was interrupted twice while I was just placing my order, not thanked and just made to feel like an inconvenience. They were busy which I get the frustration but you can't be rude/unappreciative to the people that keep you in business. This location has messed up my drive up coffee order previous times too. Their coffee is decent but it's Starbucks, not comparable quality to Caribou or superior coffee chains.

Most of the workers are quite rude. They prioritize especially school ages to who they know. Make their drinks first. Today stood at register for 10 minutes. Never acknowledged me wasn't school ages. A lady was standing at the register printing out a order, wouldn't even look at me. Never said a word. I said hello a couple times... nothing. Simply rude. We walked out. Employees are very rude at this location. Not very respectful either. I have walked away several times due to them ignoring.

As a Starbucks lover, this Starbucks team is amazing. They are SO kind even when it’s insanely busy. They’re the only Starbucks in town, so it gets extremely busy, but they always do their best to put on smiles and get your drinks out as fast as possible. Connor is seriously the best. He really cares about crafting a perfect beverage and getting to know his regulars. The morning crew is always a joy and they always start my days off with smiles. As I’ve met the lovely staff throughout the last two years, I’ve also made friends with them. Much love for the Buffalo Starbucks team!!

Every time I come into this Starbucks, doesn’t matter who is working they all have terrible attitudes and consistently give dirty looks for no reason whatsoever. Today on November 5, 2023 around 4:30pm, I came in and there were two employees working, a dark haired girl and an employee whose name I believe is Connor. The girl right away have an attitude and had a dirty look on her face as I walked up, she then proceeded to stare me down and give me a dirty look as I moved down to the end of the counter after I was done ordering. I had also asked the girl while I was ordering if one of the new pastries were available and I was responded to in a very rude manner by Connor who was making drinks that they did not have them. The employees that work at this location are all very rude and have terrible attitude problems and it makes the entire experience very unpleasant.

Who ever is working today 9/3/23 with pintail buns and tinsel in their hair, can calm their attitude down a notch! Very rude and unfriendly to say the least. When responding to a costumer never say “whatever” asked for double expresso , drink was like flavored milk for paying $10 for a drink ! Would like a refund but why bother when you have a nasty environment to speak to speak to some one about it.
