I understand that people order online. But when you have a line of customers inside your building, your employees should service those people standing and waiting.

When I entered, there was 1 person already in line waiting for him to finish an online order. 2 customers are now in line waiting. He finished the online order and then helped the customer in front of me. Once finished with that customer, he then told me to wait for him to do another online order.
Why not do my sub. Then you can do all the online orders you have. I'm the only customer in the building and have already waited 10 minutes for you to fill 2 other orders. Only 1 of which was in your establishment, the other an online order that had 3 large subs.
I left without ordering any food. I don't have time to wait for you to service customers who aren't in the restaurant.
Either hire more people or let online orders wait for those who took the time to come in and order.
Service is not good at all! I would give 0 stars. I'll never be back!

Seriously? Placed an online order for pick up at 1255. Didn’t get our food til 120pm, which he forgot that we were even waiting for it! Then you got one piece of meat, no cheese, and very minimal toppings. This is not a sandwich nor worth the wait!! Very disappointing for how expensive it is.

I walked into your establishment at 11:45 today. 2 people at the counter. 1 person ahead of me. No acknowledgement for over 5 minutes, we will be right with you. Ordered a cold cut. No cold cut meat. Told them I would wait the quoted 5 minutes to have more cut. Waited over 20 minutes. Approximately 7 or 8 people ordered after me while I waited patiently. There was a cold cut order that was done after getting the meat sliced while mine sat in limbo. I waited about 27 minutes for a sandwich at lunch hour that you weren't even prepared to make. Please don't use the excuse of your drive through. I'm a patient person. This experience was terrible. Why do you have a 3.5 star rating?
You can do better.

first of all, very disappointed. next thing, i called to try and get a refund, no answer. called them multiple times… they even put ranch instead of the chipotle sauce. didn’t feel like they cared. felt lazy

The lobby is a mess every table is dirty, under staffed along with the cashier lady on her phone as we are standing there to pay. Absolutely no teamwork

Horrible and unacceptable. When I ordered online and asked for extra Mayo, and Mayo on the side. I didn’t understand why they were laughing at me when I walked in and gave them my name? while they handed me my order and said “ENJOY!” Didn’t realize until I got home why they laughed! I was disgusted with what I saw. I Won’t eat there anymore! Thanks a lot boys!

It's best so walk in and place you're order. You have a 50/50 shot you're order is right when you place an online order for pick up. Sometimes you have great service and your food is made to perfection and other times you don't get greeted at all and when you get home, you realize you're order is all sorts of screwed up. Walk in to place your order.

Met a really special man sitting on a milk crate on a hot day, while I was buying icy poles. He was really elegant and I bought him a Pepsi (Max), but he wasn't very grateful. It was almost like he expected it. I also complimented him, but he didn't say anything nice to me. He just drank his Pepsi Max and looked pretty. I think we're friends. I bet his butt looked like a waffle when he stood up. Serves him right. A special afternoon. The people at Quick 7 said "have a nice life", which is probably a superior form of
farewell to "a nice day".

sandwhich and service were both really good, the person who made my sandwhich, Emilee, was very friendly, definitely the best customer service I have experienced at any subway. Only bad thing was my sprite was very bitter, workers need to learn when the drinks need to be changed.

At about 9:30 tonight, I tried going through the drive thru, which has a strange touch screen to order (I assume), but it was not available. So I had to go in. And am I sure glad I stuck around, rather than going to another drive thru that was still open. To the woman and man who closed tonight, Tuesday, June 25, thank you for your kind, light-hearted service! It made my night to still run into people like you working in a restaurant! And my sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich was delicious, too! I will absolutely be back. ?

I usually like subway never had a big problem with buffalos location, but it says they are open until 10 pm tonight. Went about 9pm tonight and they locked the door on us before we could enter. Still an hour left and still employees inside
