I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of gordita crunches. I used the Taco Bell app for the first time; it was a bit confusing but at the drive-up window he explained how it worked and was very kind about it. He admitted the app was a little confusing as well. The gordita crunches seemed a little spicier than the gorditas I had at other Taco bells. But it wasn't bad. I normally don't like spicy foods.

Food was kinda sloppy but was atleast warm when it came time to eat it. I will say whomever was running the drive through was the highlight of my trip for sure. He asked how I was doing today. Who does that anymore? Good customer service.
