Took the kiddos here about a week ago and they loved the selection! Quick wait and delicious ice cream. We will be back!
Cute shop with a good variety of ice cream. We were able to buy pints and my kids loved the flavors we picked.
The only issue is there is a small step into the building so if you have a wheelchair or using a stroller it can be a little tricky getting in the door.
Who doesn't love some great ice cream on a warm sunday..... or a cold rainy day for that matter!! It's good any time.
Small group went to Buffalo location. Price board states 2 scoops, same flavor is $5.00. I asked if it’s possible to buy only one scoop. The gal said yes. She did NOT say it was the same price as 2 scoops.
When we went to pay and were told the cost, we were all quite disappointed. Some of us had the same flavor (in a cup)and would have been happy to share if we had known the cost. When I mentioned this unfairness to the employee, she didn’t reply at all; no apology, not a word.
I notified management via email and did not receive any response.
The establishment is clean and has a good variety of flavours; but the employees are clearly not trained well. Service was poor.
A few of the people in the group were there for the first time- none of us will be going back.
We have been so many times, and never failed to have a friendly greeting. Sometimes all the choices can be overwhelming, but the patience of the staff is commendable! Very sweet, very friendly, always clean. One time the ice cream was maybe a touch too soft, but it was 100°outside and close to end of the day! Poor freezers were probably about to die of exhaustion! Bravo, y'all. You are doing well!
