What's the Scoop? - Buffalo

Who doesn't love some great ice cream on a warm sunday..... or a cold rainy day for that matter!! It's good any time.

Small group went to Buffalo location. Price board states 2 scoops, same flavor is $5.00. I asked if it’s possible to buy only one scoop. The gal said yes. She did NOT say it was the same price as 2 scoops.
When we went to pay and were told the cost, we were all quite disappointed. Some of us had the same flavor (in a cup)and would have been happy to share if we had known the cost. When I mentioned this unfairness to the employee, she didn’t reply at all; no apology, not a word.
I notified management via email and did not receive any response.
The establishment is clean and has a good variety of flavours; but the employees are clearly not trained well. Service was poor.
A few of the people in the group were there for the first time- none of us will be going back.

We have been so many times, and never failed to have a friendly greeting. Sometimes all the choices can be overwhelming, but the patience of the staff is commendable! Very sweet, very friendly, always clean. One time the ice cream was maybe a touch too soft, but it was 100°outside and close to end of the day! Poor freezers were probably about to die of exhaustion! Bravo, y'all. You are doing well!

What an amazing small town MN ice cream shoppe experience. Polite, friendly staff and a charming location. But the best part? The ice cream itself. I am never buying store-bought ice cream again. This stuff is the real deal, like what you would make at home but with a consistency that is phenomenal. The Black Cherry was exceptional. I am going to start buying quarts to give away as gifts just to impress people.

Favorite ice cream shop, coconut explosion flavor is always awesome.

I have eaten a lot of ice cream around the USA. The ice here the best taste. The amount of ice cream you get for the price is a lot. I recommend 3 scoops 2 flavors waffle cone.

As someone who doesn't eat carbs, I was happy to see two sugar-free ice cream options. It's not often I get to join the rest of the family for ice cream.
