The options and prices are great and the staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, it's an old building, and there's a large step to get in, making it inaccessible to most wheelchair users without having help. It's also quite hard to maneuver around inside if the tables are full due to the small space. I often have to just send someone in for me and wait outside.Wheelchair accessibility: The large step at the entrance makes it inaccessible for most wheelchair users and full tables make getting around inside difficult as well. Thankfully, the ice cream is low enough to see, and the pay counter is low as well.

Twice now my friend ordered a chocolate "malt". The beverage was a watered down bitter chocolate something with no "ma lt" powder in it. I paid $13 now for a screw up. If you put "malt" on the menu, teach the girls to make "MALTS"! NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!
