This Burger King food is not kept at the proper temperature.The food cold.The cheese was cold. I do not recommend eating at this particular location. There was a bacteria built up on the meat. My throat started to close up. I'm very sensitive to bacteria.

Wife & I have lived less than a mile from this BK location for over 3 years now. Tonight was our first & last time there (it should've been a clue to us we were the only customers in the parking lot at dinner time). We used a coupon we got in the mail for a family bundle which included 6 burgers and 2 fries. Upon biting into the first burger my wife had a long hair from the burger enter her mouth. Apparently the employees aren't wearing their required hats or hair nets before handling food. Also makes me question if they're wearing food handling gloves. We threw in the garbage all the rest of the food ASAP. Dakota County Health Dept needs to inspect this place! Buyer beware.

Recently ordered with them and used a coupon. They accepted and then still charged me the full price without saying anything and wouldn't make any adjustments afterwards because the coupon wasn't in their system. I understand that part but they should have been up front about the price and the coupon. The food was soggy and had too much sauce.
We stood waiting for our order to be taken for 5 minutes. The two front counter employees stood staring at the cooks for all of that time. A couple of people came in after us. The male employee went directly passed us to the second couple totally ignoring us. When he was done with them the employee went back to staring at the cooks. Again, he totally ignored us. We left. I mean that if his behavior was due to the fact we are white; my husband IS fluent in Spanish.

When it's fresh, there's no better food. The difference between 10 minute old nuggets and fresh ones seem like the difference between BK and a Michelin star restaurant. The fresher you can serve the food, the happier your clients will be. The spicy fish sandwich I've had here was better than the fried fish I've had from any restaurant. The next time I ordered it, I barely finished and regretted ordering it. Ask for the food fresh, and BK will be your favorite place to eat. Unbelievably good, and it still takes less than 10 minutes to get your food. Jose is good people, just talk to him
