I ordered a chicken sandwich through the drive-thru and when I received the sandwich the chicken looked old so I went inside and requested a new one but was given such an attitude that it actually intimidated me I was told that there's no way that that chicken could be sitting in there for so long because they're too busy and they're always pumping out the sandwiches the way this cashier spoke to me made me feel like I'm not allowed to have an opinion on what I'm seeing with my own eyes she even gave me a smirk and told me to look at the sandwich to make sure it was to my pleasing and to assure that the chicken was not old but once again the chicken just looked old and like it had been sitting there for a while when she saw that she just got frustrated at me and told me that's just the way it is so I just decided to walk away and honestly not sure if I'll be coming back here.

Food wouldn't be cold and service would be faster if they weren't cheating their drive through times. Holding a cup holder out the window to reset the sensor is wrong in every aspect. You're making the company think your better than you are and you're making customers wait longer for their food.

Very rude encounter I had in the drive thru. I had a coupon for chicken fries with a large fry for 3.99 and when I got to the window to pay they charged me 8.99 for it. I asked why I was charged full price and rudely the man said “you need to say something in the drive thru” well because I have never been here before I didn’t know that… the manager then comes to the window and I told him I had gave the coupon before I paid to which he aggressively says “doesn’t matter!” he then refunded me back the money without any apology for the confusion. I came excited and left feeling angry..

this is the worst burger king. they don't care about their customers. i had gone through the drive through with my boyfriend to get a whopper with cheese and no pickle, when i got my food there was pickle on it. i had gone into the store to get a new one and once again there was pickle on it. it took them THREE tries to do a whopper with no pickle. Today we went to get the cotton candy cloud drink and when we got it i noticed there was no ice cream. when we had it yesterday it had ice cream and it was delicious. when we had asked them to put ice cream on it they laughed at us like we were stupid and walked away from the window. we had told them when we got it yesterday it had ice cream and we would just like ice cream in this one too. it was almost humiliating to get laughed at just for asking for them to add ice cream. when we came home we looked at their menu online just to see if maybe we were in the wrong, but on their menu it shows that the drink comes with ice cream. it was overall just a horrible experience.
