First time I went here portions were good and service was great. This time the man screwed up 2 different orders and I got barely any toppings. Disappointing to see a step down

Today we had some issues with the order coming out correctly, but this hasn’t been a problem in the past. One of our favorite light dinner options.

This location is beyond frustrating. There’s no point in ordering ahead. Ever. I order ahead and come on time and I STILL have to sit an extra 10-15 minutes in a parking spot. Which I could understand if the food wasn’t basically sitting premade right in front of them. It’s like they set you aside for all of the inside people and until they get through that line and then they decide to box your food up. Which then you open and you get skimped on everything. I love zupas but this location needs some serious help. Either more help or a better system, but honestly, until you figure out mobile orders you should just end them. Or tell people they are going to take at least a half hour or until they don’t have any customers inside.

This is now apparently a full serving??? Wow, this is ridiculous, beyond shrinkflation. You need to do better, long-time customer and I have never seen anything like this.

Picture one is what I got picture two is what they show on their menu. My sandwich didn’t look not even look close to the one on the website. over the last month they put less on their sandwiches very disappointing. Used to love it.

Amazing friendly staff love coming here fresh salad delicious sandwiches
The food is great. Unfortunately, they do not share a Wi-Fi password and have zero outlets. I likely won’t come back because I need to work…like most people. It’s currently 5:30p and this place is dead. Management needs to rethink the strategy here. I spent $45 and have 1.5 hours to kill. I’m not just stealing Wi-Fi. The staff talked to each other but barely looked at customers.

They weren’t that busy yet there were no clean tables. They eliminated what I normally order off the menu which I wasn’t happy about. They messed up my husband’s order.

You have to come and try the fall menu items! Apple crisp refreshers is a delightful drink. .. tastes like fall... Refreshing! They got an apple chocolate Carmel dessert similar to their strawberry one. Only critic is I would add more Carmel than chocolate. Apples and Carmel go very well together ... The chocolate should be drizzled as an added flavor. The fall bacon grilled cheese.... So yummy! Cheese, apple slice in there, bacon and some kind of jelly that was good. Altogetheraynot sound good? But zupas is noted for it's unusual combinations that make great taste together! The only other critic I would give .. they don't wipe down the tables or clean the food waste/trash areas often. The bins are full always.... When I am there and no one is wiping things up. On Fridays it's HOPPING.... Notstop drive thru the 1 1/2 hr I was there. Up beat place to be... On friday. ! I like to order online and then come in and get my drink and sip while I wait and watch the busyness.....

Its best to use the drive thru. As many others have stated, when ordering inside, its very disorganized and somewhat confusing and really just isnt very efficient. Please take a hint and improve your process.
I was going to order online on my way to a friend’s house thought it would be quicker but decided to pop in for a to go order instead. Wow 😳they were so fast like 3 minutes maybe making my food.
I ordered a salad and the fall bacon grilled cheese. 😋 and they gave us the Wisconsin cauliflower cheese soup with buns, this was the highlight ! It was all delicious!! Oh and the service was amazing too!

This location has been such a disappointment. The staff is friendly and the food tastes as good as any cafe zupas mostly, but they consistently skimp on all the ingredients compared to other Zupas locations. I've given it multiple tries, but even when ordering extra protein (pictured. Note there isn't any hidden below the surface,) there's barely any there. Salads are a plate of lettuce with some garnish. There's theoretically cheese on that salad somewhere too. Today in a separate visit my soup cup was only half full. I was so excited for this location to open but if I actually want to get the meal I paid for, looks like I have to drive further north still. Bummer.
