Caribou Coffee continues to be one of my favorite places for a calm, satisfying breakfast. On this visit, I dined in and had a great experience from start to finish. The environment was very quiet, which made it the perfect spot to relax, read, or catch up on work. It's not often you find a coffee shop with such a peaceful atmosphere in the morning hours. The overall vibe was cozy and welcoming.

My coworkers and I ordered online through the apps and it unfortunately was never delivered by our delivery driver so called the listed number online to talk to customer service who told us the order never existed. Then I decided to go to the store in person to sort it out and I talked to Aaron and he was able to sort things out very quickly and politely despite me coming in already annoyed by the not so helpful customer service lady. Great service is always available at this location! Today, I enjoyed a ham/cheese and egg sandwich that was better than average. But it is the staff that make these visits the best! I was remembered by staff, got great service, AND reminded that I had free refills on my mango black iced tea.
