Ordered both a medium and large hot mocha this last trip. Drinks tasted very different from each other. One tasted very good and how it should be and the other was watered down almost and didn't taste good. My husband and I often get the same drinks and will find this occasionally occurs. Is frustrating to have inconsistent product when paying good money and tipping on every order. I may need to consider trying another coffee shop in the future. I feel like the recipes for routine beverages such as these should able to be executed correctly and consistently every time.

Whenever I order Caribou on the app, I always order from this location. For some reason, when I ordered from the app this morning, it placed my order with a different Caribou (which is my fault for not double checking). I didn't want to go to the other Caribou to get my order since I was on my way to work so I asked if I could just re-order it here. The lady at the window made it for me at no charge. She didn't have to do that and it was very nice of her. I felt bad that I didn't have any cash to tip but I will tip extra next time I (correctly) order from this location.

The cabin on 42 is the best! The team members are always so friendly, kind, and honestly make my morning start out on a good note! I appreciate them so much! Food and drinks are always good quality and consistent which makes me and my neurospicy brain happy!

I am a caribou regular I go more than three times a week and I came to this location this morning instead of my usual on a whim and let me tell you I have never been given more disgusting drinks.My simple crafted press was wrong it tasted like straight milk and water. I got the hoho espresso shaker as well (I have had it multiple times) it tasted like straight mint no coffee or chocolate flavor at all it wasn’t even drinkable.Both lids were spilling when I got them as well.

This was a joke! Waited forever. Then get my drink which was suppose to be a shaker and not sure what they gave me but it's disgusting. Been 2 hours and still can't choke it down! Not only that my cup was only HALF filled. Never again

I ordered a regular coffee with 3 creams and 2 sugars on Thursday, but they gave me black coffee instead. I called the store, and they wrote my name on the board. When I went back on Saturday, they still gave me black coffee. It seems they can't manage to make a regular coffee with 3 creams and 2 sugars.
