I come here multiple times a week in the morning, and even though I always order online I'm never disappointed by the people working there! :) Always super kind and courteous. They even remade me a drink free of charge once after I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Shout out to Grey specifically too!! They rock! I'm always happy to see them working even if I don't say anything.

Each time I come in here ,I've been disappointed .all I want is a latte with Carmel extra shot expression,and extra hot ...it always comes tasting like hot water and a little milk !!!! Im so upset with these I asked them to remake it and they were so angry she said they don't do this anymore???? Really as nice when? My drink is 975 and I hardly am satisfied ..I want it to taste like coffee and sweet too

One of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in a long time. Not so with some other Caribou shops. Could be the water or the grind. Another one a few miles away tasted different. Not bad, but not as good. Who knows?
I attempted to purchase a sandwich but, their food oven was down and I was extremely hungry. They gave me a bagel. Very thoughtful Customer Service! Thank you…
