They were not very hospitable. It took 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the counter before they. Even said hello or came to take the order. Ask a question about the bathroom code and the response was very cold very unwelcoming. They forgot the malt flavoring in the malt hot mochas. One employee seemed like she was more interested in flirting with a guy than doing her job over in the corner sitting at a table. I will not be back to this establishment. I love caribou and I will frequent their other locations but I will avoid this one. Anybody that frequency is one. My recommendation is to refrain from tipping until the service improves so that they have a goal to work towards.

I stop here literally almost every single morning and I love this team so much! I never hesitate to leave a good review when they ask because they are nothing but nice here! Love them and feel like family when I come in every morning ? Accidentally ordered to the wrong store which has never happened but the manager hooked me up for the am! I love these guys when I come in. And I’m talking 7 days a week LOL. Caribou fam ♥️
