What a great experience! The entire staff was so friendly, smiles all around. We've sampled many things across the menu from Chopped Romaine Caesar Salad to Classic House Salad to Spice Chicken Penne to Steak Florentine. Everything is very well prepared and tasty. ?

UPDATED: our experiences here have been not super great (see review below) but we Recently tried Chianti Grill again for my birthday we had the best service and dinner ever! David was our fabulous server. He made great recommendations and was very personable. He was very attentive and had a wonderful way of connecting. The Walleye and Crab in Thyme sauce was the very best fish my husband ever had. The front desk staff was engaged and welcoming. We will be going to Chianti Grill again soon.Previous review:The food was very good. The service was not terrific. We had reservations that we waited an extended time we waited for our table. The whole time, four employees stood behind the host desk talking with one another and not making eye contact with any of the waiting guests for the additional 30-45 minutes we waited for our seats. Once seated, our very young waiter repeatedly called my sister and I "Dear" throughout the evening. Much too condescending. No

Ordered chicken Alfredo. The sauce was very watery. There was very little if any seasoning on the chicken. Vegetables were bland. Complained about the meal to the manager, we were comped for the meal.

Took my mother for her 77th birthday on 4/10. Good food and great service. Ingrid was on top of everything. We love the Caprese salad. I recommend the seafood manicotti and the seafood linguine. Of course the strawberry cheesecake is delicious as well. I love to see Jill as she is always smiling. Thanks, ladies!

Despite not having a reservation on a Friday night, we were seated right away and served with a plate of delicious focaccia!The Grilled Shrimp Capellini is to die for and I will definitely be returning!A member of my party ordered the Italian Street Pasta and found the shrimp-to-sausage ratio to be heavy on the sausage side. That was their only complaint.

Just finished dining at Chianti and had Kirsten as our server (excellent, by the way). The whole experience was solid from the immediate greet at the door to quickly cashing out when we were ready. The Filets were cooked perfectly with a fantastic depth of flavor, the chef knows what he’s doing with the peppercorn whiskey sauce. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to try or to make a regular celebratory location.

I miss the burger & fries they had for lunch, they were the best! Everything I've tried has been excellent, loved te parm shrimp, seafood pasta, steaks (they have a tendency to overcook the meat).
Evening Hours only! Great food and atmosphere. Was told reservations are highly recommended, but you can still come in to eat. Just call ahead for larger parties.

Decided to stop in Saturday 3/16 at 4:45 for dinner. We looked on the website when we pulled up and we could set up a reservation for 5pm so we thought it shouldn't be a problem getting a table.Oh we were wrong. Now were dress casually and not in fancy outfits. When we approached the 7 people standing at the check in desk they asked if we had a reservation, which we stated no (since we saw the had openings at 5). After being looked up and down by the staff we were told there is a table in the bar area but there was a 5:30 reservation for it, but if we order and eat fast we could be seated. Really? 45 min's to order and eat?We decided to go else where. When we got back to the car my wife said she would put us down for the 5pm reservation but I told her NO and obviously they did not want us there by the way we were dressed. It's sad that the staff judges guests by appearance.

Chianti Grill is a nice casual restaurant, they just like all restaurants are getting very expensive to dine at. We've been there multiple times, little except the staff has changed. For what you pay the starter salad should be included with your dinner, come on...it's pasta. If you want a steak it's $40!!
