The CHILIS we knew and loved is gone. The food quality, the service, and atmosphere is so bad that one doesn't know where to start but I'll give it a try.

We ordered fajitas, fries, mac and cheese, and southwestern eggrolls. The eggroll quality has decreased substantially and the 4 rolls were cut into uneven pieces. The fries were only semi warm. The fajitas were repugnant!! The steak was so overdone that it was almost inedible. The rice was dry. The beans were extremely salty. The pico de gallo portion on the plate was miniscule. Some of the tortillas were hard.

The servers were so low tier as many of the uniforms that were worn were dirty and some of the servers were desperately in need of a shower. Some of the tables were filthy. One part of the restaurant was so cold that we had to be moved to another location as people in our party were getting hypothermia. The bathrooms were filthy and I think that they were actually incubating hepatitis. I mentioned this to a manager and she stared at me as if I was speaking a foreign language.

Our server was pleasant but we had to repeat requests to refill drinks and bring items that were previously requested such as salsa.

Bottom line - this is my last CHILIS visit ever and it would be best if they closed this abysmal excuse for a restaurant.

Eh. Once again learned my lesson about going to big chain restaurants.

The staff is paid poorly, depending on customers who are most likely ALSO paid poorly, to subsidize the giant corporations employees.

Figure it out billionaires. Underpaid, overworked, burnt out employees do not help your bottom line. Unhappy employees = inadequate service = unhappy customers = fewer sales.

To summarize, the server did her best to stay positive in a difficult environment and cooks don’t make enough money to care. Get the food out fast. Quality need not be concerned.

I’ve order food to go at this location multiple times. Burgers “well done” come back pink and undercooked most of the time. Very dissatisfied. Most recently the one I got was not edible. Do not recommend get anything that has to be cooked to a certain temperature to-go.

I placed a pick up order on 10/22 and paid for my order @9:36pm inside. Calvin serviced me that night. When I got there he explained that he would give $5 off my order due to my all flats request not being honored. When he rang me up, I seen my total of $15.89. As I was paying, I noticed he was doing something on the screen. As my payment was loading, I got booted back and my total suddenly changed to $19.13. He quickly then disappeared into the back. He never came back to issue a receipt, so I emailed myself one. After I seen the receipt, I noticed he added a tip of 3.97 that I didn’t authorize. When I noticed, I asked for a refund. I paid through Apple Pay, but I had my physical card as well. He stated that I needed to write down my name, number and last four digits of my card number AFTER informing him I had my physical card to proceed with the refund. 5min later, I came back to get a refund for the entire order. He stated “can you please write down your information once more, I threw it in the back somewhere” he was very off the entire night while serving me & I strongly felt like he was lying regarding my refund. I called the next morning, and was hanged up on twice! It’s been over a week and I have not been issued a refund. I have proceeded to take things up with my bank, as well as management beyond this restaurant. I have reported Calvin due to intentionally authorizing a tip which is considered theft & not keeping his word regarding issuing me a refund. What makes this worse is he was the manager/supervisor working the shift that night.

Was here with my family and they let a party of 30 in which completely backed up the kitchen. I waited for nearly two hours to get my food with my small children. We didn't even eat at the restaurant because it took too long. I won't be coming back here as it's poorly managed.

Stopped her for lunch with my mom and granddaughter. Server was phnomenal and the food was yummy. We each took home a ta-go box. It was kinda noisy in there.

Sunday night after waiting 30 minutes for our table I Left feeling cheated out of a good night with my kids and my money . The burger I requested was not what i was served my drink was not provided that came with my meal I guess she figured I didn’t need my Diet Coke because I ordered a bar drink which was very bitter and tasted of spoiled juice. My son dropped his kids meal on the floor by accident and the server made me purchase a whole new meal for my son which was fine it was our fault but they gave him freezing cold fries and the two smallest rock hard chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life !!! my son said mom I’m so sorry I ruined the night when I dropped my food ! I reassured him he did not !!. She never refilled my water after looking at my empty cup several times I was so appalled !!! I left heartbroken and hungry . My kids favorite spot but we definitely won’t be back to this location.
