It was busy. The server was overwhelmed (seemed newer) There was a lack of attention and drink refills. Food was cooked perfectly.
Iām not certain why I donāt go to Chiliās more often, I always get good service and food at the location I tend to visit. Also their pick three meals are very reasonable in my opinion.

The service is always really friendly and good. That $10.99 deal is like absolutely outrageous good. The chicken sandwich actually lives up to the advertisement I've never said that before about another restaurant.

Heat was blowing directly down onto us, maybe consider placement of the table and chairs in relation to the heating vents. The bathroom water was extremely cold making it difficult to get clean hands. Also feels concerned that employees would have the same issue and then go back to service.

Chili's is better than other restaurants (objectively speaking). Other restaurants fail where Chili's succeeds. If you want failure, go elsewhere. If you want success, go to Chili's.
I've been going to Chili's daily for the past seven years (not this Chili's in particular, though this Chili's succeeds as well) for my daily (sometimes 3x daily) margarita, and pound the table with chips (I call them shards)
Every one of them succeeds. Excellent stuff.
If you go to Applebee's, I'm not sure what else to say other than I think it's over for you. Hang it up. You had a good run.

I went in about 9 pm with my family January 4th. We got an older, loud, obnoxious and extremely rude waitress. I cannot stand this woman. We got her before. She is awful. She asks us every time if we are getting separate checks, we said no. āAre you sureā I ask if itās because Iām a black lady she then ignores that and says what do you want? Iāll get you all water. She is insanely loud!!!! She comes with the waters. Then starts taking the orders. Repeats them very loud. She brings a couple of the appetizers and announces loudly that I should not be upset!!!! Thereās more coming!!! I wasnāt. I was just sitting. Just sitting!!! Wishing sheād disappear! Throughout the whole meal her co workers were the polite ones and brought refills. She was constantly rude and made me uncomfortable.

I'm unsure how this place is still open. They've gotten rid of all their Mexican food and it's horrible, flavorless food. Staff was ok, friendly enough but oblivious to the fact that drinks need to be refilled and orders needed to be taken in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend!
