I am a healthcare worker and do online orders here often. Unfortunately, my orders are typically either wrong or have close to no protein. Today was my final straw… I ordered online and tried picking up on my break, only to find out they had given my food to someone else. They then took a while remaking my order, but failed to tell me that there was no tortillas, so they just replaced my burrito with a bowl without any heads up. I feel as if they shouldn’t take orders that they cannot fulfill or at least have the decency to let you know that you are not receiving what you asked for. This place is a mess. I wasted my lunch break dealing with them.

Went in yesterday while black with my family and the demeanor of the grandma staff was already rude. My family members wanted to do half and half meat on her tacos which she does at the other chipotle but grandma decided to look back at her other worker so he could tell us no. We said that’s fine but noticed how skimpy she was with the meats and then my family asked for a tiny more and even pay more and this grandma had the nerve to say no. Then she gets an attitude and starts talking to me and my other family member in a very disrespectful tone. All the other workers were silently observing while ME the costumer was trying to deescalate the situation. The granma was so rude she skipped me and the rest of my family when we were next in line and went to the perosn behind us. I told her she skipped us we were first but she was already having an attitude and said “ what you want” just speaking so disrespectful. It’s really sad because I tried reasoning with her but she didn’t see us as worth the humanly decency to be kind. We are humans at the end of the day.

This is the only Chipotle in the metro I trust to order catering, meaning it is the only well-managed Chipotle I know of in the cities. The food is on time and packaged nicely. I drive out of my way for this location!

Come here a lot unfortunately. Live walkable distance and can't seem to get good service ever. Online ordering is even worse, they have given me someone else's order a couple times and when I ask for my order they blame me.... Fire the young big tall dude with longish hair, he is probably the worst one.

My bowl was good and so was my daughter's kids meal. But the chips and queso was not. They scrapped the bottom of the queso to give me a side and the chips where burnt/ old oil. Not good. Don't think I will go back to that one.

Reading all the reviews and it appears I’m not alone. I don’t like to complain but the quality and service at this location has gone downhill over the last 6yrs. What used to be a favorite spot to visit is no longer. The food quality is never consistent, online orders are typically wrong, appearance is disgusting (always trash and food scraps all over the floors and every seat. I’m really disappointed that I can’t even eat at a restaurant I love because whoever is running the place could care less about their business reputation or the loyal customers who spend the money to keep the lights on. Haven’t returned and won’t return until the ratings improve. I’m not wasting my time and money ever again just to be left disappointed and still hungry every single time!

The services of this location is really bad specially the staff using their phones and not listening to the customer and the portions are really small small there was barely any meat or rice in my bowl not coming back ever
