As someone with food allergies they change their gloves but won’t always listen which ends up with my allergen in my food. They have gotten very stingy with the serving size. Not very clean but I’ve seen worse.

Dietary restrictions: They will change gloves. But it’s a 50/50 if they will get you different food if your allergen is in the container you want.

Typical chipotle. Tried new brisket bowl. It was overcooked for sure. Wouldn't recommend this location!

Went in at 10:15pm with a friend. We ordered our food and went to sit down. They told us we had to leave. They had already cleaned the dine-in area. If dine-in is closed post it on the door and online. Staff just wanted to go home (which I'm sympathetic to), but it's just one table.

This has to be one of the WORST chipotle locations. Doesn’t matter if you order online or in store. Horrible experience both ways. If you are going to offer online ordering you need to hold employees accountable for preparing the order correctly. Also offering me a free fountain drink on my incorrect $40 order doesn’t really rectify the situation.

I feel like this Chipotle either has no quality control or they are dishonest. Amount of ingredients varies between online orders and in person orders.

Today my burrito was ordered online and the burrito wasn't even closed when they put it in the foil. It all fell out when I picked it up. They also failed to provide the 2nd tortilla I paid for.

I would recommend finding another Chipotle or just not ordering online.

came in an hour before, was told they were out of chicken so i waiting a solid 5 minutes before saying i wanted steak just to be Told they were out of steak. He had 5 bowls right next time him with chicken and steak with no to go order or anything. My guess is he took it home then didn't want to make more for customers. interesting

Ordered through uber eats. I ordered 3 kids meals and they were all missing the proteins, chips and drinks! This restaurant is shitty if you order online or delivery service - actually, I take that back. Don’t even bother with this location.

Usually have okay service at this Chipotle, but today was absolutely terrible. I ask for a burrito, they're cleaning the machine that warms the tortillas and the guy helping me steps into the back for a moment to (I assume) warm the tortilla, but as I found out while eating he didn't (?) and only stepped into the back to pretend to do so. The portions I was given were ridiculous, half scoops of everything. He had absolutely no idea how to roll the burrito, so the minimal amount of food I was given was spilling out of the sides. Since Chipotle recently raised their prices, I paid $12.54 for a burrito slightly larger than the size of my PALM that was almost entirely tortilla. What a joke.
