Kids had a blast, classic fun. However the new jump space great idea. .
But $10 for jump socks per Person thats not included in the birthday package..Ridiculous
Fun place to take the kids. Hours of playtime . Food for everyone can always use Groupon or find deals.
Kids love this place
Cold food, churos like leather, prices high for the value.
I am very disappointed with the experience we had during our recent birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, our table was not ready on time, and everything after that felt slow and unorganized. We were assigned an aide who was supposed to help with our order and our needs, but unfortunately nothing moved smoothly.
Our pizza order took a long time to arrive because the order was never even put in. We had to remind staff repeatedly about things that should have been handled without us asking. The birthday cake was supposed to come with a “Happy Birthday” song, but no one remembered. We literally had to beg for almost every part of the service. Even the kids’ ice cream didn’t come until we were already leaving.
We had gift goodies for our guests, but we didn’t receive them until we asked and spent nearly 30 minutes talking with the management team. It was frustrating and very disappointing.
This was the most unprofessional and unorganized Chuck E. Cheese experience we’ve ever had. We have celebrated many birthdays at other locations with good service — but this one was very poor.
I hope the management seriously works on improving their service, communication, and organization so families can enjoy their celebrations without stress.
I just personally do not feel like the experience was worth the money. $74 for four small drinks, points and one large pizza (not much larger than a frozen pizza). Paid $26 for another pizza because we were still hungry. THEN $17 to allow my youngest to play in the small play ground area that had a trampoline the size of a ball pit. I wish there were more game options, better prize options, and the play area was free like it used to be “back in the day”. I do wish physical tickets were still a thing because the points don’t feel as rewarding. Overall my frustration is with the company and not this individual location. Pretty clean and updated seating. Nice staff.
My granddaughter had a birthday party here and I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the numerous games. Everything was working and immaculate. Chuck E Cheese made an appearance and danced with all the children. We were here for three hours and enjoyed pizza, prizes along with the cake we brought to the party. The staff was very kind and helpful and even offered to carry all the presents I brought for my granddaughter.
It was great they have a lot of amazing deals right now I used to bring your kids I don't have a lot of fun
Amazing staff, management, and food! Plus, the kid check Aaron makes me feel so safe that my kid won't run out. Chicken wings, bone-in, extra crispy.
I ordered 2 pizzas and they handed them to me if this disrespects me and is not professional at all. 🤬😡😡😡😠😠

Great vibes
There is not a lot of games for the kids to choose from. and you do not win a lot of tickets.I did like that they offer a smaller kid game area .I noticed that they have a salad bar which is nice to have something other than pizza. And for the adults I did notice a small selection of beer and seltzers. For the birthday party there was multiple tables and they crammed us all in one corner with three other parties when they could have given all of us a little space I did not like being pushed into another person's party so if you plan on party maybe ask them not to cram each party on top of each other this was on a Wednesday night so it was not very busy
You say Chuck E. Cheese? Nah it’s more like Yuck E Cheese. Their pizza sucks so save your money and go elsewhere.
Was not busy so kids were able to play alot without a wait, pizza could be better.
Chucky Cheese got the Best pizza ever and the salad bar is even better
