We were here in early January for my daughter's birthday and the service was alright, definitely not impressed but it was younger kids working and it was very busy at the time so I understand if they may have been feeling overwhelmed. We revisited today for my daughter's birthday and we were blown away by the great service!
We were greeted at the door with a smile and a welcome, the place was clean, the food was fresh and hot and team members were extremely kind and patient with the kids there.
Also, we had over 3,000 tickets from years ago saved up and we asked an employee if she could figure out how many we had. I thought they had a machine they could count it in but she literally was at the counter for so long counting them by hand with nothing but a smile on her face. She and all of the staff did an excellent job today. We had a great time and we will be back again!

Holy chaos!!!!! 😵
Kid-friendliness: Kids love it but if you've a child with any sensory issues DONT subject them to this. On my visit, at least 5 birthday parties at the same time. Wow 😮

It was a little expensive for what it was. Every Chuck E Cheese I’ve ever been to had an indoor play gym. This one had games only and a small trampoline that you had to pay extra for. The salad bar did seem all that fresh. We were okay with going and grabbing our food but no one was ever at the window. And they don’t offer plates…weird. I know they have plates but I guess you have to ask for them. We ate on napkins. The place was just okay. Nothing really wowed us.

Awesome experience, the pizza was surprisingly great and the party passes for the kids were awesome as they could just play and play, this is a VERY cool feature of the party's.

Great food great games fun all around
When you enter Chuck E Cheese, they stamp a number on each member of your group. Kids are unable to leave without their parents. It's a good precaution.
They have a monthly special if you order it online. Otherwise there are several play options for all the games depending on how much time you plan to spend there and whether you pay by points or minutes. It's an extra $12 if you want to add the trampoline option. It's $24 if you pay only for the trampoline and no game card.
It's fun for all kids, yet especially from 3 to 10 years old. They have a great variety of games!
The music, which is music videos on several screens is quite loud.
The salad bar was fresh. The pizza was tasty. The prices were a bit higher. You pay $3.99 for each topping besides the cheese. Everyone who tried the food thought it was good.
It's a fun place. It's a bit noisy and can be crowded, especially if there was a birthday party. They have typical prizes plus unique ones too.

Made wrong pizza - took wrong pizza back & made us wait another 30 min. for the right pizza. No appology or compensasion for mistake.Everything was rediculously priced.

We could not believe that it went from tokens to minutes for the games and then another fee for the trampoline. Then we had to wait forever for the person to come to open it up, all he did was open and close the gate. My kid waved at him and he did not even acknowledge her. How rude is that. Terrible example to this child. Then out of the 3 dishes we ordered they gave us a cheese pizza instead of a Supreme. No apology, no compensation, and we waited for 30 minutes for the the right pizza. There were a few employees that were very nice....

I had not been to Chuck-E-Cheese in many years. It was a nostalgic thing and I'm glad to see the young people still like it. Back. When I used to take my young kids it was when they had the big animatronic shows. I understand that's the past, Chuck E Cheese has had to update to stay popular with the kids. Chuck-E-Cheese did come out for an appearance while we were there as he did a holiday dance with the kids and they enjoyed it. From what I remember, the pizza was improved now, compared to years ago. Some of the food items are pricey, but I understand because it costs a lot of money to equip a place like Chuck-E-Cheese with all the games and everything. It still is a treat for a kid to have a birthday at Chuck-E-Cheese. Us adults also had a good time. The video games are so much more sophisticated compared to years ago.

Went yesterday to pass time with family and young brothers birthday . Everything was okay at first , pizza/ drinks great , but some of the games have always been broken and have been for a long time . Not to mention , some of the PARENTS!! omg some of the kids were jumping on top of the tables and parents just seemed like they didn’t care? I go to the women’s restroom and there was this Somalian mom and daughter I believe and were the only ones there at first and there was poop spread across the restroom floor all the way to where the washing hands station was . Like wth? At least clean what your kids are doing and not expect that the janitors will !
