Chuck e cheese is now your typical arcade. The main difference is that they have the head mouse come out and do an interactive dance with the kids. You can join in too parents. They have two main areas for games. One is for the 0-4 crowd. The other area is geared towards 5+. My son had a fun time jumping around the different games but you definitely don't need anymore then 2 hours at most. It is very musty smelling, which makes me think they need better ventilation. Bathrooms are clean.

Wonderful, we came for a small family party and had a great time. All of the kids were so happy. The pizza was hot and fresh and the salad bar looked so good. Every employee was so nice and so helpful.

Edited: I see someone has made it a point to respond to other reviews left around the same time or even after this one but has chosen to ignore this. Probably because they are well aware of the horrible people they have employed and the cruel way those terrible people treat others. No worries though. I’ve passed all this information onto special needs communities around the area some of them have very powerful platforms. All you had to do is acknowledgeI am still two days later appalled by what I saw on Friday. I wish I could let this poor kids parents know what he went through.I was there around 5:00 with my family. There was an employee who obviously has special needs that came in. Some older guy who I’m assuming is the owner or manager or something was asking him why he was there and that he wasn’t working today. The young man then showed him something on his device. Clearly it showed he worked because the guy said something like he thought he changed it. I felt he was treated badly but had to take care of my kids so kind of walked away. I saw him later near the counter with the prizes my kids wanted to look and see how many points they needed for their favorite things. Another employee was saying HORRIBLE things to that special needs employee. Called him the R word, told him to just leave no one likes him etc. then told him he should take things before he leaves, clearly trying to get him in trouble. I was so sad and shocked by what I was hearing. The special needs employee ended up leaving at some point I don’t know when but what in the world is wrong with the staff here? This was horrible and no one should ever be treated like that. Having a nephew with special needs it made me so mad and sad thinking this poor boy probably doesn’t even know what was going on. I feel so guilty for not saying anything in the moment but I had my young kids with me. I’m so mad I will never be back here. This poor kid. How dare your staff treat people like that.

Staff wasn’t overly motivated. The arcade games weren’t anything exciting. I was hoping for more games and less small rides for kids. Pizza wasn’t bad. Overall the experience fell flat. I would return if need be but not seek out going again.

The music was way to loud, even the kids didn't like it, it could have been turned down a two notches and it still would have been load enough. The games where fun for the kids. From age 2 to 10 that where in my partyParking: Parking was good, I was there on a Sunday afternoon at 330 pm had no problem finding parkingKid-friendliness: Yes, it's all geared towards kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yes all flat, easy entrance , no automatic doors though so this could be an issue if your by your self, and need help with doors
