We went through the drive thru and received exceptional service from the guy who took our order.
The parking lot needed to get plowed. . . We made it work though.
The cheese curds and fries are tasty. The flame thrower burger was good and flavorful. Unfortunately the bacon deluxe burgers we ordered didn't have any bacon. . Overall the food was alright.
The small dipped ice cream cones were an awesome addition to the meal!

Went thru drive thru to get ice cream cone..... And it was HUGE! So surprised for a medium. It was as if the person made it a work of art! And she has it ready when I got to window ... Very quick.

I went to Dairy Queen today and ordered a small cone and a small strawberry blizzard. Once I got to the window I was met by someone who was completely confused not sure what my total was and once he got my order, he gave it to me with ice cream dripping completely out of the cup and on my car. I asked him to put a top on it. He puts a top on it and it is dripping still down the sides and is rising above the lid so once I take the lid off of the blizzard, it is going to be a complete mess. This isn’t the 1st or second time this has happened.

Took almost 30 minutes from when we arrived to when we left with our 2 blizzards. We weren’t greeted right away, most staff just stared at us and didn’t greet us, took about 8 minutes to initiate our order, and only one person was in line before us to pick up a mobile order that wasn’t ready yet. Two groups came in after us and left before us and one person was there when we arrived and was waiting for over 10 minutes for part of his order he hadn’t received. Multiple staff wandered in front of the registers and back into the kitchen area while we were standing for 20 minutes waiting for food and didn’t bother to check what we were waiting for. Someone was working behind a wall frustrated and cursing loudly so the dining area could hear. I don’t know what the 6-7 staff were doing behind the wall, but they were not helping the customers out front. Finally a girl, who was polite and apologetic, did help us and was very nice. But we won’t be returning there.
(For the record, I didn’t have chocolate in my blizzard.)

I came through the drive up with my dining club card... It was clear that the associate was educated on it's offer. First I had to read it to what it included and clarify that what I was ordering was covered. Next he ran my card without providing a receipt stating it was up to me to ask for one. I ordered a banana split that didn't have the banana..... I figured it's revenge for me needing to educate him on the dinning club card and then he had the gaul to tell me Jesus loves me..... like that's supposed to. ??. What ?????? I'm perfectly aware that I AM Loved

Ordered a Backyard Bacon Ranch - got a Flame Thrower instead.

Asked for onion rings instead of fries with my combo - still got fries

Asked for ranch dipping sauce - got honey mustard

Got a banana split and no spoon. No spoons available in the dining area. Had to wait in line again just to get one.

This was all one visit.

Ordered 3 medium blizzards to go. Arrived home and 2 of them were great, firm and cold. The 3rd was so soft, difficult to even locate firm ice cream, most was melted. Very disappointing.

I have had many issues with this store over the years, but tonight finally motivated me to write a review. This store has been struggling for a while. Staff turnovers are frequent, orders get mixed up often and the service is hit or miss. Tonight we bought our $7 blizzard and it was 3/4 full. Prices have gone up; but we shouldn’t be short changing customers. Likely because of the staff turnover and lack of experience. Please do better. This is the only DQ for miles, so their business likely won’t be impacted. Just be aware that your odds of getting what you want are low.
