They brought me the wrong meal, and when I asked to have a menu back to look at and show them. They became very irate about it. And said they would charge me for the lesser meal. Or they would make me want to go. Very, very unprofessional!

My friend and I meet there regularly on Saturday mid-morning. Most often we have Forouzan for our server and she is wonderful! The food is always quick and really good. She checks in without 'hovering', and allows us to sit and chat practically forever without ever making us feel rushed. Very happy customers!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Didn't even got the chance to be seated. It was Sunday night with 3 people in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes while we hear people laughing and yapping at each other in the kitchen. I finally said hello and asked to be helped. One guy from the kitchen says he'll be right with us. Ten minutes after, goodbye Dennis. You should just close and don't put 24 hours open because you can't even keep up with 3 customers. I hope the owner reads this. Your employees are slacking. This location sucks.
Tonight I went out for a quick dinner with my friend. took about 10 minutes to even be seated with zero greeting. She just stared at us before seating. Then, didn’t even say a name or ask us how we are just said “What do you want?” As I ordered I asked if I could substitute sausage for another item. She replied, “No.”, nothing more, no suggestions. To which I asked again she said “Cost more.” I said again I had only wanted to just substitute, but whatever. So I ordered the hashbrowns as what I thought would be substituted. I ordered the original slam. 2 PLAIN* buttermilk pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon & 2 sausage. I asked to please get chocolate chip pancakes.. not chocolate banana.. She brings the food and the hashbrowns were GREY & bland, as well as cold and tasted and looked old, I did not finish them. The eggs were somehow cold and undercooked. As well as the bacon was cold. She also brought me chocolate banana pancakes, when she came to check on us after about 10 minutes of having our food I said I asked for just chocolate chips not banana because I am allergic to bananas. She then said “You asked chocolate.” Then looked at the plate and said “Oh.”, then took the plate away with no words, no apologies or anything. Afterwards when I ate what I could we sat for at least ten minutes without being checked up on again or given our checks. We turned around to see her sitting in a nearby booth on her phone. To which I said “Can we PLEASE get our checks.” No reply as she tosses her phone down and gets up, no apologies for the delay or anything. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had and worst food I’ve ever had. The disrespect from the very beginning& lack of service when we were nothing but nice is ridiculous. We are very disappointed. Mind you, we were also the only customers in sight.

Tried going here on a Saturday night at approx 10 PM, and on a Sunday at 4:45, and both times were told that the location was 'closed' despite the neon open sign being lit up and the large flag outside indicating that the location was open 24 hours.
The guy working there (the only visible staff present) told us that the rest of the staff were on break and we could come back in an hour. For an understaffed location, this might make sense on a Saturday night, but to get this same response Sunday evening at dinner time... it's very unacceptable and silly that the location would be 'closed' both times we went.
If you're looking for good food at a good price, try Clive's Roadhouse right next door, because this location clearly does not give a damn about customers and the reviews seem to reflect that.
