Order was messed up. Hashbrowns were like the dehydrated ones. Wasn’t pleased with it at all. Offered icecream for the screw up and nothing off the bill. Ordered toast with omelet came out with no toast and cold pancakes that weren’t ordered.

Went there the other night with friends and it was the worst service ever!! There were 3 in my party and another table of 2. The server couldn't speak and her name was Sylvia or something starting with an S. It was 9:20 when we got there, and she messed up our drink orders right away. Then it took her 3 times for her to write down our orders correctly. Waited over 45 minutes for food, which at this point, we watched the table of 2 finish their food and wait for over 10 minutes for the server to show up from wherever to pay finally. She then asked us for our order again, which we reminded her that it was already taken by her. Another table of 6 came in and they got their food before we did. Finally, we got our food and the table of 6 had to go find her to even get to- go boxes and their bill because lord knows where she was. We asked for a box and she never showed back up. When we finally just got up since it was 11, and we didn't know where she had went, she stopped us frazzled saying we needed to pay and that they were busy. I'm sorry but if 2 to-go orders and 12 people is busy, I don't know how this place is still going. We will not be returning.

We went to the Burnsville Denny’s on Tuesday evening. We waited an hour to get our food! Which never came! The waitress kept on coming out saying it will just be a couple more mins! After 20 mins of saying it will be out in a minute we finally walked out! Horrible customer service!
