We have always had great luck with this location as far as orders being correct, fresh, and on time. Can’t ask for better.

I live in Savage and I always come to this location in Burnsville because the service is so good, Tonight they made a small mistake on my order and they made it right immediately, Customer service at this Domino’s location is second to none. Domino’s should be very proud to have the hard-working kind employees that they have at this location. Will be back again and again.

Long story short short. This location messed up on 2 online orders within a week. After reaching out about 2nd mistake, I was promised a new pizza and side delivered. Tyler couldn't even place the fix order. Had to call and learn that after waiting 1.5 hours. I'm less than a mile away at the hotel. Supposedly, I'll be getting a full refund on my complete order and credit for future orders. Won't be ordering from this location again! I'll update IF I receive my refund.

Food and delivery were good, but why would Sydney put a 9yr old on the spot and ask for a tip since there wasnt a tip charged on my card….i get that if your job is delivery your income is based on tips but you can’t always depend to get one. Bringing a pizza that I ordered for a job you applied to drive for and handing it in a rush without providing actual customer service is not necessarily worth a tip. I would rather tip the actual people who made my pizza instead of the driver…..but that’s just me. If a child is taking the pizza from you don’t put them on the spot and ask for tip money

This is by FAR the best dominos I’ve ever been to!! I order from here once a week, at least. I’ve been to other domino’s locations but NONE compare to this one right here folks!!! Thank you for always making my pizza with care and quality taste!!

This domino’s is The worst Domino’s in this area. I give them order two hour 20 minute ago then when I came they told me your order did not go through and they said if you want your pizza, you have to wait 12 more minutes so that means I was waiting for my order two hours and 32 minutes? so guys, I recommend do not order from this Domino’s

Had some trouble with the app, so I called the store. I spoke to Forest who went above and behind to make sure I was taken care of. Now THAT is how customer service is done! 5 stars for Forest and Dominos in Burnsville, MN!

The boss, as he called himself, the manager has he called himself both without name tags and a third male employee, all unable to reason through an order error and believe that the right thing to do is to charge the customer more money. All that was requested was a red sauce or marinara sauce as I use the app for the first time and accidentally did not put a sauce on the pizza.
The first employee a tall male couldn’t do it manager comes over. I explained to him what happened he couldn’t do it. He right away as he’s rolling his eyes says $.84 then he says that’s a lot of to be angry about such little money then he says what’s wrong with you this is the manager of the store.
The boss comes over as he says, and is looking at me and leaning his body forward, squaring off with me over the counter in an aggressive way, and I said I don’t need any of your input.
None of the employees indicated what their position was. I had to ask, including the boss who came over after everything and already gotten started.
So because of His aggressive stance I said I don’t need your input and then said to the manager all handle this stood in front of the register and said $.84
That no time at this point does he say he is the head boss and actually try to reason through the right thing to do, but instead keep the aggressive position and says $.84.
All three of those guys should be fired, literally fired. This is not a retraining thing if they’re not able to reason through what the problem was, and they are going to turn away a customer who came in and said wow, the apps really convenient, and yes, I made a mistake, and so instead of trying to help, they took aggressive position roll their eyes commented on me and told me $.84.
They should be fired all three of them
