First time here and all i can say is wow. Jalapeño margaritas were perfect. Service from Michelle was amazing, she has so many guest that seem to love her, and most importantly amazing food. 10/10 i will be back!!

We come here often, the food is great as well as the service. Service can be a little slow when it gets busy but that’s to be expected anywhere. All the food we’ve had has been very good and the margaritas are tasty and on the strong side!

I was disappointed with the food and the service. Granted it was busy at 6:00, but we had our food before we got utensils. The first baskets of chips tasted like old oil. I ordered the chicken fajita. It was overcooked without much flavor.

Service was extremely slow. Food was meh. Been awhile since I've eaten here because there was one closer to my house. That one has now closed. This place used to be great and I hope they just had an off day.

What a pleasant surprise! El Loro is 45 minutes away from my house but was convenient for my friend's lunch time. He still works! The menu was excellent, the prices were fabulous compared to other Mexican restaurants and the servers were friendly and fun. It was well worth the 45 minute trip each way! I'll be back.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I was picking up a to go order here and walked in in absolutely nobody would acknowledge me or even say hi. Finally when I got someone's attention I asked him about my order and he said they're still making it. I asked if it was going to be a long wait and he put up his hands very angrily and said I don't know don't ask me. I sat around and still nobody would acknowledge me so I left without the food. Never ever coming here again
