Amazing service and very good pizza! Hands down one of the best in the cities. I was very impressed that the manager called me up and apologized for a screwed-up order that I had and made it right. That's how customer service should be handled. I will definitely be back!

Remember when Godfather's was Great?Me too! What a total trainwreck now, with Conductor Jacob at the helm. Like several of these reviews, there seems to be a specific issue with one manager at this store. The manager is Jacob, and I had a very terrible experience, only exacerbated by his poor attitude.I had ordered a combo special of a mini specialty pizza and a side for an eye-popping $9.99. The pizza was tiny. The side was supposed to be Cinnamon Struesel. I am not sure WHAT side I got. Was it bread with cinnamon? Maybe. It was a terrible color and tasted like burnt paper. Not a spec of sugar ANYWHERE. The box tasted better.Took back the Paper Struesel and was immediately met with attitude. Just wanted the product replaced. Easy, right? Good customer service, right? Not in this science fiction land. The "manager" that was on duty was totally unsympathetic and on the defensive immediately. Nevermind the other employees were just standing around. I asked to maybe swap out the side for something else. Rude dude just stood there acting confused. I then wanted a partial refund because at this point, I didn't want this clown show to TOUCH anything going in my mouth. NOPE! Jacob the conductor of the trainwreck refused and told me to leave. Huh? That's how you handle a customer?I won't be going back for SURE. I tried calling later to relate this story and Jacob answered the phone and wouldn't tell me the name of the manager. What a mess.

Man I forgot how good this pizza is. Im so glad there is one in burnsville. They actually put a good amount of cheese on the pizza YUM.

Last restaurant in mn ! I grew up eating this and I was so happy to have found it . Still the best pizza hands down out here.

I love Godfather's Pizza! Some of the best Pizza around! Same great taste every time! I'm so glad they found ways to stay in biz during COVID!
