We like this bar a lot. It is a dive bar that is fun, and the people are great. The prices are as low as anywhere in the Eagan area. They have a limited food selection of Heggies pizza and occasionally Petey's BBQ. Patrons seem to like the bbq.

Love the Johnson girls at JR’s.I always drop in to see these smiling faces if I’m in the area! Definitely recommend this neighborhood bar to pull some tabs, have a drink, & likely get a good laugh before you leave.

New customers and Ely Extremely rude when we didn’t tip on pull tabs, she demanded a tip. Then continued to make our group of 5 uncomfortable by making comments to (regulars). Our 120$ tab for the establishment (owners) was not good enough for the bartender.
