We like this bar a lot. It is a dive bar that is fun, and the people are great. The prices are as low as anywhere in the Eagan area. They have a limited food selection of Heggies pizza and occasionally Petey's BBQ. Patrons seem to like the bbq.
Love the Johnson girls at JR’s.I always drop in to see these smiling faces if I’m in the area! Definitely recommend this neighborhood bar to pull some tabs, have a drink, & likely get a good laugh before you leave.
Definitely a dive bar. Our bartender was extremely friendly. Drinks and appetizer was also very affordable. Street lights don't work so it looked sketchy at first, but ultimately was just a nice quiet place to have a drink with a friend.
