I stopped by to auntie Anne’s & Jamba on Thursday 10/16/25 and I was just going to get a pretzel but ended up getting a smoothie too because in talking to the person who took my order, she suggested a smoothie so I took her up on it. I got the pumpkin smash I think it was. It was really good. I love pumpkin. ‘tis the season fast, friendly service too!! I will be back.

So often when I go to Jamba, I get whey protein added to my smoothies. Every place I’ve gone to outside of Burnsville, if I get a small, they put it in a medium cup because the powder expands the smoothie. The inconsistency at the location to do that without being prompted to do so is very annoying. When I confronted the worker at the drive thru about it being the same size as the other small I got and that it should be in a medium cup, she said, “we didn’t do that this time.” You do it every time. She told me I should have mentioned that I wanted the extra when I ordered. You mean the extra I already paid for?! She then proceeded to stare at me and not offer any resolution to the issue and told me to have a good day. Gee thanks. Please direct your workers to understand that this is waste and unacceptable customer service.

Does anyone work here!!??? It’s 50 mins before close and nobody’s working the drive thru.
The drive-thru experience was lackluster and frustrating. We waited at the menu sign for 5 minutes before we were greeted. The service was slow and we were the only ones there. Unbelievably the food still managed to be cold.

Just went through the drive thru and had such a pleasant experience with Rudy. He was just so kind and accommodating. He gets an A+ for great customer service. Makes us want to go out of our way to go there all the time if we get treated so kindly all the time. Thanks Rudy!
