I love Jersey Mike's I don't think I'll ever go back to Subway The only reason I gave him a four star it's not because the food isn't fantastic it's because I had paper in my last sandwich The sandwich was still good but the paper wasn't unwanted experience thank you Jersey Mike's you are the best sub shop I've ever been to

Pretty disappointed, normally have great experience. Came in this afternoon around 1:20, ordered a club sandwich, I was the only person in line, paid 11 bucks for the sandwich just to get home and it was missing bacon and mayo. Understand mistakes happen but to pay that much, it wasn’t busy and it’s wrong, is maddening.

Loaded Subs! You get triple the amount of Protein here than at any competitors. Jermy helped make my sandwich he did a great job and went out of his way to ask me what i was doing for the rest of the day! Great customer service on top of that everything was super clean even though I know they were and are super busy! 10/10 spot will be back!

Least prepared group of folks I've seen. Six of us stood around waiting for our orders to be made for 20+ minutes while employees ran around making orders that went into a bag, but didn't seem to be for anyone in the restaurant. Me and two other customers finally gave up and told them to cancel our orders and walked out.
I don't expect food to be ready in 2 minutes, but 20+ minutes without my order even being started is a bit ridiculous.
