Got the wrong food delivered, not a huge issue mistakes happen. When I called I was instantly told they will make my order again and send it over, and that it might be a while. Within 10-15 minutes the correct order shows up for me, great service

Terrible experience. After waiting for more that 45 minute the delivery driver call me to blaming me for his inability to find my address - a building that is not more than 5 minutes away from the restaurant.

In total for my regular size roast beef lettuce & tomato with a added provolone cheese total sandwich $8.88 had 1 slice of roast beef and very little lettuce and 2 tomato slices?That will be my last time!!

My wife while pregnant couldn't consume deli meat. After giving birth and being asked what was the first thing she would like to eat after giving birth to our son, she replied Jimmy John's of course! We placed an online order for delivery at 8:05 pm. After waiting 40min I called the store to check on the whereabouts of our order. The young man on the phone replied, "Yea... we canceled the order and you will be refunded on your card in 3-5 business days". I asked why and he replied "We don't have any delivery drivers, I'm alone by myself at the store tonight, I'm really sorry. I tried calling the number on the order but it didn't go through. I'm sorry about that".
After checking my call log I did not receive any missed calls. Being that I was in an elevator for a short time coming down to the front where I lost service inside, is it possible that he had called me while I was in the elevator without service? Absolutely. For that I must give him the benefit of the doubt. But the fact remains that within operating store hours, this jimmy johns had ONE person working the whole store, with no backup if God forbit someone tried to rob the store, with ZERO delivery drivers to take orders. As a fellow Jimmy John's alum delivery driver of 7 years, I know how unacceptable this is. ONE in shop person running the store by themselves cannot be accept in any circumstance moving forward. I hope this store does the right thing to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I'm sorry to say that living locally, I will never be giving my business to this store again. The young man on the phone was very apologetic, I don't want this to have any consequence to him, but rather the GM of the store in knowing that this incident occurred, and the right steps taken to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
Ordered five sandwiches, one was missing. Toppings weren’t correct. Bread was hard as a rock…so hard you had to tug the sandwich away from your face and wiggle it back and forth to break the bread. Definitely not fresh baked that morning. Jersey Mikes is right across the street and worth the extra couple of bucks.

You have lost my business. You use Uber to deliver, and my order did not arrive. When I called to get this straightened out, I was told that the first delivery would be credited. It never has been despite many phone calls. $70 for two sandwiches, never again

I remember once from 4-5 years ago I had an issue with service at this particular location, but the professionalism from Jimmy Johns in addressing and resolving that issue was surprisingly professional, so that specific resolution has stuck with me since and I just can't help but think that specific resolution has brought me back as a customer. So thank you for being a great franchise! ?

Ordered on app at 12:34pm as of 2pm it wasn’t here! Called 3 different times and got a different answer every time! You have LOST my business, and I will share with all my co workers!
And they didn’t even offer a refund, I had to ask! I paid for something I never got! Very poor customer service!

The folks here are great. Sometimes, it's pretty slow, but it seems to be due to a lack of staff, not the quality of said staff. They're always friendly and busy!
