THE DRIVER NEVER DELIVERED MY FOOD. Why offer delivery in the app then let uber take over!? I’ve seen that you have delivery vehicles. I left precise directions to my door and even texted the driver with further information. All order notes were ignored. I had to call the store to get my money back and they offered no solution other than a refund. I’m snowed in and starving, thanks Jimmy John’s!

My sandwich was done less than 60 seconds after I paid for it. Gave 4 stars because it was a bit unbalanced with some of the cheese and meat hanging out the open end. 5 star service for the “freaky fast” service and explanation on the “jimmy peppers”. 4 star atmosphere because of no music playing.
Overall very positive experience.

This Jimmy John's is total trash!! I've ordered from this location about six times in the past year, and every single time they have messed up my order! They act like they don't care and completely ignore any requests or customizations. They have one job. It's just a sandwich. I don't understand why that is so hard! I always order on the app so they can't misunderstand my order. I always ask for it to be cut in half and they refuse to cut it in half! Is it really that challenging?? One time I added bacon to my sandwich and paid extra and sure enough when I got home there was no bacon on my sandwich! Today I ordered a Hunter's club and after waiting forever, the guy just hands me the sandwich out the window with no bag or anything. When I got home to eat it, it had no cheese! I'm usually the only customer and they take forever and are never friendly. Each time I decide to go back hoping it will be better, it never is. I'm done!!

Delivery is not their strong suit. 3 orders, months apart. First order, over an hour and 15 minute wait. 2nd order was delivered to a completely different address. Not even close to where it was supposed to be delivered. I guess the driver just randomly picked a place to deliver?? 3rd order, missing items. No effort to even try to do things right. And you have to "pre tip" so your tipping for poor service.

The staff is very nice and the restaurant is always very clean
I asked for the sandwich to be cut and half with extra mayo. Was not cut in half and I actually think they put less than a normal amount of mayo. Pay attention to detail. Was not busy. Friendly service but a 1 out of 10 execution does not add up to a return customer. $10 for a sandwich that used to be 25% more and a crew that doesn't care about details. Not coming back soon.

It took 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. There was only 3 cars in front of me. That is not very freaky fast. Management sets up this location to fail.

I didn’t realize they stopped using delivery drivers and started using Uber drivers.. if I knew that prior to ordering I wouldn’t have placed an order here. Very disappointing to have some dude dressed in pajamas and flip flops delivering my food.
