Jimmy John’s literally has the worst “rewards” programs ever! Though their sandwiches are really delicious, you gotta spend hundreds of dollars to get something small as a cookie for free. And if you don’t redeem the reward within their provided timeframe, you lose it. they are the definition of highway robbery. I’m deleting the app and not shopping there anymore.Super expensive with little-to-no rewards.

Stopped in about a week ago and cannot stop thinking about my amazing experience at this location. Young gentleman named Tory was very quick with my order and answered any possible questions i had regarding my food allergies. great experience and young adults should have the same customer service as this young man offered. will be returning!

This place is just slow for some reason. The people are friendly. Once I ordered a delivery and after waiting an hour and calling twice to ask where it was, I canceled the order. One other time, I was the only car in the drive thru at 2 pm and service was friendly but also very slow.
I ordered a sandwich for delivery, and it took 58 minutes, even though the restaurant is just 5 minutes away. This is the third time it’s happened. I choose delivery for convenience due to my work schedule, but at this point, it’s become more inconvenient.

Bad service all around. Staff could care less that you are there and more focused on smoke breaks and talking with others than serving the customers. Stay away from this Jimmy Johns!

THE DRIVER NEVER DELIVERED MY FOOD. Why offer delivery in the app then let uber take over!? I’ve seen that you have delivery vehicles. I left precise directions to my door and even texted the driver with further information. All order notes were ignored. I had to call the store to get my money back and they offered no solution other than a refund. I’m snowed in and starving, thanks Jimmy John’s!

My sandwich was done less than 60 seconds after I paid for it. Gave 4 stars because it was a bit unbalanced with some of the cheese and meat hanging out the open end.
5 star service for the “freaky fast” service and explanation on the “jimmy peppers”.
4 star atmosphere because of no music playing.
Overall very positive experience.

I'm not sure what's changed but I've been here 4 times in the last few months and each time I've waited in the drive through line for almost 15 minutes! Just here again today and waited in line for 21 minutes that I left. This isn't freaking fast it's freaking slow!

This Jimmy John's is total trash!! I've ordered from this location about six times in the past year, and every single time they have messed up my order! They act like they don't care and completely ignore any requests or customizations. They have one job. It's just a sandwich. I don't understand why that is so hard! I always order on the app so they can't misunderstand my order. I always ask for it to be cut in half and they refuse to cut it in half! Is it really that challenging?? One time I added bacon to my sandwich and paid extra and sure enough when I got home there was no bacon on my sandwich! Today I ordered a Hunter's club and after waiting forever, the guy just hands me the sandwich out the window with no bag or anything. When I got home to eat it, it had no cheese! I'm usually the only customer and they take forever and are never friendly. Each time I decide to go back hoping it will be better, it never is. I'm done!!
