One of the service people was arguing with a customer about coupon and the customer left angry. The same lady who was arguing with the customer completely ignore me and start talking another coworker until I say , excuse me can you take my order please. The potato wedges was so dry and cut small I just throw them out when I get Home.

I love KFC chicken and expect to get the 11 herbs and spices. I haven’t had KFC in ages because it has gotten so expensive. Tonight I got the 8 pieces for $10. I upgraded and made it a meal. I was disappointed that the chicken didn’t taste much different than the chicken from Cub or Kwik Trip.

Placed an online order at 3:30 and scheduled for 4:15 pickup. Arrived at 4:25 and the order was still not ready. Had to sit and wait for another 30 minutes and got fed up and told them to give me whatever they have available, just to get out of there. Upon arrival, no one at the counter to greet and once the order was completed, they just threw it on the counter and left. Why are you mad? Is it because you can't tell time or have a hard time counting? You had 45 minutes of lead time! Yet still need another 35 minutes to count chicken pieces and put it in a bucket.
I am door dashing and this location ran out of chicken. Had to wait 20 minutes for more chicken to cook. Seriously who is in charge of this place they need to understand to realize when they are low on chicken and cook it before they run out.

Ordered a bucket WITHOUT legs Ordered mashed potatoes WITHOUT gravy the lady understood and repeated what I said Got the opposite. All I got was legs and thighs! I live outside the area and dropped by on the way home. Needless to say I won't be here again.

They are serving mold at this location, I ordered the Mac & cheese bowl and my first bite just didn’t taste right so I looked a little harder and noticed mold in my food. I called this location to let them know, and they said they disposed of all of the cheese they had so they were aware after the fact, but clearly not looking while they’re making your orders. I was offered a free meal on my money back and to be honest I didn’t want any food from them again.
