Basic white wash Chinese food, nothing special but if you enjoy a quick bite, it’s not that terrible. I don’t have any allergy restrictions so I am able to enjoy the full menu.

Why is it so hard for service workers to actually look at you when you order and smile? She treated me like I was bothering her and the coworker. Not once even looked at me. Not even a “thanks for visiting”. Lack of management and ethics .

Make sure they don't save the best for themselves! 😱

Visited on June 14th toward evening. A shorter, older Asian man was scooping my food.

So, there was a lot of good-looking Orange Chicken filling up 75% of the metal container.

This man went out of his way, I kid you not, to reach around the mountain of all of the good, normally-sized chicken.... to scoop only the little pebble-sized chicken bits which consisted mostly of the batter and practically no chicken.

The entire scoop was like this. He looked me right in the eyes, gauging for push back, seeing if I would notice and quickly pressured me to add on extras. 👀

It's been over a week and I still remember how it left a bad taste in my mouth. I regret not saying something. Do they do this often? Maybe he was hoping to take some home afterwards? Anyways, terrible customer service.

The person I was with had ordered already and when I joined them they couldn't stop laughing when they saw what I received in my bowl.

It is funny but also I paid $12 for those pebbles. #Stingy

i dined here may 4

a female employee served me. i inquired about the vegan options and she told me the garlic soy beans were vegan. i remember another employee telling me they were not vegan maybe a year ago so i asked her if she was sure because another employee said they weren’t. she said the other employee doesn’t know what they’re talking about and told me all that’s in them is garlic, soy beans and soy sauce. when she reassured me three times, i thought you either changed the recipe or the other employee was wrong. i got the beans and suffered from an severely upset stomach. i looked up online and im shocked to find out they contain shellfish. as a vegan, and for EVERY customer, it is extremely important for the employees to know what allergens are in the food as shellfish are one of the major 9 allergens. if they don’t know they need to look it up, not pretend to know or lie about the allergens. the employees need much better allergen training.
the reason i’m writing this review three weeks later is i submitted this exact feedback privately on your website “contact us” and received no response and no attempt to amend my terrible experience. to be fair the tofu and mixed veggies are fire, but i definitely experienced the wrath of the shellfish in the garlic soy beans

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken with rice and broccoli, and they gave me cabbage instead, the supervisor did not want to give me my bowl the way I ordered it because he said I had to get it with beef then....he was rude and the customer service is very bad.

I go to this location about once a month. Today, the fried rice tasted very burned and smoky, the lemon chicken was chewy and the cream cheese puffs were chewy too. Bad/new cook maybe? Awful

Stopped by for a late lunch, after a stressful week to treat myself. Got my favorite peking chicken but it was very dark and extremely salty. The fried rice was good, always order instead of white rice. Really sad that cooky was missing the fortune! Cashier pleasant.

Moved out of state so I’ve been a while since I had the orange chicken and fried rice, fond memories remain unstained. The lady single-handedly taking care of everyone was very impressive and fast, did a great job with a lot of people
