For some reason still just insanly good inexpensive pizza. There really isn't any service as almost no interaction happens in store anymore which is only reason service is 1 star.

I love this place! Great pizza at excellent prices! Super fast and easy to order with the app. They have a big huge oven with a bunch of little locked doors. When your order is ready, they send you a QR code to scan at the oven when you get there. Once you scan your QR code, one of the little doors pops open with your pizza in it!

You'll be on hold for at least 30 minutes if you try calling, even on a weekday. Worst fast food in the metro.

To start off I have not been to a Little Caesars in about 15 years. Then I remembered why I lost interested in Little Caesars when I lived in Denver, Colorado. until 2019 then I moved to Minnesota. The food was "meh" back then. With that said.

About a week ago I saw their Veteran's Day lunch combo deal on an Military.com email about Veteran's Day deals. The lunch combo comprised of a deep dish 4 slice pepperoni pizza, and a Pepsi product. While I was there about 10 veterans were in the store before me waiting on their combos. Apparently, this place gets packed with veterans on Veteran's Day. I wanted to see if the food was better now in 2024.

When I received my order drove home to dive into the pizza. Mind you their food isn't gourmet, but it isn't terrible either. The pizza was a tad better then what I remembered it to be in the past. I may be back in the future or maybe in 2025 on Veteran's Day.

Lastly, the employees were decent and friendly. But, they didn't seem to enjoy working there.

Center of the pizza is typically undercooked and they don't cut it very well. Would be great otherwise.

Placed an order online for pickup. Ordered a deep dish, well done. It wasn’t. Ordered a custom round with extra cheese & left hand sausage, NOT well done. This pizza was well done & sausage was over the whole thing, not just half as requested. Also, this one was cold. Ordered cheese & herb Crazy Puffs. They were so well done that they were dark & crispy. Ordered Crazy Bread; received stuffed Crazy Bread. We live too far from the store to go back. Disappointing all around.
