The food at Olive Garden is very good. Service is great. Food comes hot. Olive Garden serves a free dessert on your birthday. Olive Garden is the best restaurant for Italian food.

My elderly mother’s soup was cold and Edwin was very rude and it seemed like a hassle to get a hot fresh bowl of soup. I was very upset and we just left. I will be contacting corporate

Never had a bad experience like this before.

Our waitress was awesome. Everything else was what you expected at an Olive Garden.

Ordered up some pan chicken parmigiana along with some other items. Everything was good besides the pan chicken parmigiana along. The chicken was way overcooked…
It tasted and even smelt burnt. Very dry and hard. Almost like eating rubber pucks. Not sure if anyone else had this experience. Disappointed.

Date night, had a great time until my wife ordered a second glass of wine when the manager came to our table and refused to serve her. We were just having a romantic night. We were seated in the bar area where is was quiet and romantic. We were very taken back by the managers unexpected response. And just to add.....we weren't obnoxious in any shape or form! We will never go back there!

Ordered Chicken Scampi , to go. The salad and bread sticks were good. However the Chicken Scampi was not “normal”. The pasta was over done and there was No sauce on it. There was only olive oil, No flavor, because no sauce.

Horrible experience here. Ordered a single entree. Breadsticks were barely warm. Entree took a long time to arrive, and was lukewarm. The white sauce on the pasta was congealed. Ashley, the general manager, gave off an attitude of annoyance about the situation. She did not show off any degree of how a manager should act. The regular employees were more apologetic about the situation than she was.

The service has definitely gone downhill at this Olive Garden. First, we called to make a reservation since the website said to call for parties greater than 6. They said they don’t do reservations on the weekends, fine. We get to the restaurant and they ask us, “Do you have a reservation?” …no, you guys said we can’t make reservations! But whatever, it’s not busy so we get seated right away, although with the ensuing service you would’ve thought they were slammed! It took way too long for our waiter to come to our table and introduce themselves. And we were seated right by the kitchen so there was no reason for us to be forgotten (by the way, plenty of staff were drinking, on their phone, etc. in view of customers). We had our entire order ready by the time they got to us. Drinks took forever to come and we had to ask for any refills, as well as hand ourselves our own drinks. Soup and salad also took forever to get to our table, no cheese was offered. Finally our entrees get to the table and one of our orders was completely forgotten! So the rest of us were done eating or had cold food by the time that forgotten plate was made and brought out to us. At no point were any apologies given, nothing. All around just very disappointed in the service here today and will be visiting absolutely any other Olive Garden in the future.

Solo diners don't always fare well in restaurants, as was the case tonight. I was seated on the less attended side near the emergency door which was drafty, letting in cold air. I was brought the salad and bread sticks. The salad was a lot of lettuce, two thin slices of tomato and three black olives. Bread sticks were fine. Waitress comes back to clear everything, including the cutlery. Brings the entree, but no other cutlery and leaves too fast for me to even ask for anything. I was never asked if I wanted more salad, bread, tea, etc. Waitress finally came back at the end of the meal to see if I wanted dessert. Cleared stuff away and pushed the pay machine so far away I had to get up and bring it back close to pay. As for the food, which was the Tour of Italy, meh. The best was the chicken parmigiana, which was the smallest portion, natch. The fettuccine alfredo had congealed and was barely warm, not exactly appetizing. The lasagna was some small town hick's idea of Italian food, bland with no hint of Italian seasoning or garlic. No garlic anywhere to be had in fact. How do you make Italian food without garlic? Very poorly. Won't be back.

Went during lunch, pretty quiet and service was lightning fast. The breadsticks were slightly tough but other than that the food was awesome, and we got a free dessert for a birthday
