Service not the greatest. Two people working front overly dependent on each other. Only rang up using the drive through register meaning that the walked away from me with my card and only stated the price... much better service in Apple Valley, will be going there instead
Happy to have a Panda open in Burnsville off 42. Experiences have all been via drive-thru.
Consistently had the food you’d expect from Panda, no crazy highlights or lowlights there. I do like the A La Carte box option, I typically get a $5 small box and the orange chicken is packed in tight. Husbands usually happy with his ratio of rice to protein in the bowls from this location.

I worked at Panda University of MN . I decided to try this one out in Burnsville. Food was hot and fresh. I had the orange chicken and fried rice and wontons. In the previous comments a customer asked if the cooks make the food from scratch. Well yes they do And it takes time!
