No service, young girl with black hair, bangs, and a pony tail was crouching and on her phone for 10 min, in the kitchen. Waited at the counter for my drinks and finally after 5 min an employee rude as hell aka the white girl with attitude stated someone will be with you in a while. As a General Manager at a restaurant, I saw a lot of concerns and won’t be back to this location.

I ordered the southwest chicken ranch salad. I have ordered this many times. I love it. I took my order to go and was really looking forward to it. When I got home I was very disappointed to find not a single bite of chicken on my salad. I tried to call Panera. I know they weren’t busy, I was just there. No one answered. I tried twice and just let it ring and ring. I am so irritated.

Stopped in for late breakfast and to meet with some friends. Food was well-prepared. Coffee was hot and fresh - staff was attentive to check and replace during my visit. I will definitely make this a place to eat and meet with friends in the future!

Visited late evening on a Thursday night and not once did the workers acknowledge or say a word to me through the whole process there were people that came in after me and wanted to order at a register there were three employees Milling around and did not acknowledge any of the customers. Side note food was great service was nodding existent though
Just got coffee and a pastry. It's what you expect, but I can't order the chocolate croissants any longer, and I haven't for quite a while now- they are small and always taste stale They used to be really good and a decent size.

They seem to be one of the better Panera locations. I feel bad for them because the mall doesn't do them any favors with the stinky mall hole covers next to the picnic tables and not doing a nice job with their landscaping. Also, the mall doesn't keep up with the parking lot.

Ordered one of the new sandwiches and it was missing some of the ingredients. I seem to have this issue at this location almost every visit. They remedied it and made me a new one but the sandwich itself was not the best. Very sweet caramelized onion and the cheese was not sharp enough to counter it so not something I would get again.

I ordered bread sliced and one more item for pick up. When I got at home later and took my bread from bag, I thought that is not fair that quite a chunk of my bread from both sides is missing! I didn’t ask for it! Why did you charge me for entire bread but did not give me whole bread. That happened few times in this location. This was last time when I shopped in your store, don’t even mention customer service or rather lack of it. 03/30/25; 2:15pm
