This is not the normal location I go to but I stopped here last week. Service was fine, but they did not refuse service to someone while I was waiting that was not wearing a mask even though it's posted as mandatory. So, I will not be retuning to this location

We came to this Burnsville location after getting poor treatment by the managers at the other Apple Valley and Burnsville stores. This Poppa Murphy’s values our weekly business and has great customer service. Mike treats us not only as valued customers but is generally interest in getting to know us. Have never had a bad experience here.

VERY, VERY nice employees. I've been asked if I needed help walking my order to the car. You are ALWAYS greeted with a smile and "hello!" when you walk in no matter how busy they are.
Amazing vibes and super welcoming service. The meals were fresh and delicious. Will clearly recommend this place to my friends. Affordable prices and generous meals. Great work.

I just had to leave a review after my visit here today to pick up a pizza. The owner was working and he was just the nicest person ever. He walked an elderly gentleman out to his car and carried the pizza, then did the same for me. Amiable and kind and just a great person. You can tell he cares about the teenagers on his staff too. Makes me want to buy more pizzas from this location!

I enjoy going into this Papa Murphy's, the staff is always nice and polite. The manager is a great guy who enjoys having conversations with his customers, and loves to share a story that makes you smile. I'm always greeted by a smile when walking in and thanked at the end of my purchase. Having staff walk my pizza out to my car is the icing on the cake.
