I called on a Mon. to see about catering a Wed. lunch for 35 at our shop in Fridley. Michael couldn’t have been more accommodating. He delivered the piping hot food in a downpour and helped me set up the spread for our team. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and turkey. I doubled the amount Michael recommended and I’m glad I did because we had people going for 3rd. We did have a little left over but not much. Delicious Texas BBQ from a great guy that takes pride in his customer care and food. Moist and full of flavor and that was before adding their signature BBQ sauce.
