Ordered through the ridiculous website. Everything was wrong. Could not correct. Had to cancel and do another order. Found out first was not canceled. Tries to cancel everything only to learn they still charged me. Ordered easily at Domino's. Still have not heard back. They really don't care.

Honestly the customer service was terrible. I literally walked in and no one greeted me or spoke at all for about 6 mins, I had to ask about my pick up order when two cashiers were sitting there and not doing anything to help just staring. Then it was an additional $7.00 added to my bill and no explanation. Didn’t give any extra ranch or anything didn’t even asked and was rude. Won’t be coming back!!!!!!!!!

I bought wings and pizza to go and when I got home I realized that they were raw, also I ordered my pizza with stuffed crust and it came without any stuffed crust. it’s not the first time something like this happens, I just hope they pay more attention.

I ordered from pizza hut in Burnsville, Mn. The tra ker said that my pizza was out for delivery and should be at my home at 5:23pm. St 5:45 I called and selected the option to speak with someone about concerns with my order. Someone picked up and immediately hung up on my after letting it ring for a while. This happened 3 times. Then I call back to order a pizza cause, you know, if you haven't spent your money yet, they want to get into your wallet before giving you crap customer service. I was on hold for 10 more minutes before my pizza arrived and I hung up the call. Thwy just lost a long time customer.

The online ordering offers a remarks section, twice I asked for my pizza cut into squares. Twice, this request was ignored . Why make an offer, when obviously no employee reads it. It's annoying. Twice!! Pizza tastes the same, whether cut pie shape or squares, but it shows lack of detail in job performance. And at payment, a tip option is offered. Really!? A tip used to reflect a job well done.

Forgot to deliver soda and my toppings were incorrect
I've ordered here a few times as it is the closest to my apartment. However I will not be returning after the last time, they never cook the pizza enough. Even with requesting well done... The cheese isn't even melted through all the way like come on. This is a reoccurring issue. The wings also had hardly any sause on them and were not cooked fully. Ironic right? Makes sure your cooks know how to cook kitchen before you get more people sick.

Ordered through the Pizza Hut website and than got a call from a door dasher that he was on his way… and than it didn’t show up, so I called the number back that called me and asked where to the food was and he said he handed it to me, and than found out he delivered to wrong address and than went back and got it back from the address and brought it to me. So I did not really want to eat the food than. Waste of $20+ !

I wanted a simple, reasonable pizza order today - nothing fancy, nothing too expensive I fully recognize that this is Pizza Hut, but on the good side, you know exactly what to expect when you order. It's not a $25 pizza. I ordered two large pizzas which were absolutely fine. I also added one regular breadsticks to the order. REGULAR. Not cheese. I know this sounds petty, but I love Pizza Hut regular breadsticks. It's what I wanted. I used my saved up points for it. And they got it wrong. No, I didn't eat the cheese breadsticks. Waste. At minimum, get your orders correct. If you can't get your orders correct, it makes me less likely to order there.

Uhhh i need 30 dollars for the order...heres my cash app. Hahahaha sike. Take that pizza back we are not paying 2wice. Leaves. We call to complain. Oh no let us take care of that....2 hrs later. Still no pizza. We might have to come up there and show ya what they do to people in our neck of the woods to fast food workers. Got a window? We coming to kick it. Weirdos.
