This place is getting worse every time. I ordered the sandwich combo, they heated the sandwich together with lettuce and the lettuce was soggy, the French fries were cold and hard, and the drink had more ice than juice. Never again

The chicken and the fries were hot.
And sometimes they are not.

Need BBQ sauce. Food is okay but greatly lacks choices in dipping sauce. I feel like I need to sneak a bottle of sweet baby rays in with me when my kids ask to go here.

At 12:30 on a Thursday, we got right in and ordered. Restrooms were clean, but the tables were not cleaned nor was the soda/napkin area. It wasn't horrible, just clearly not attended to. Our service was great and the speed as to be expected for Raising Canes...about 5-10 minutes for the food. Our order with substitutions was accurate. Our fries were too salty, but manageable. Two chicken strips were super tough and stringy, but all else was good! We love going to Canes and won't stop going. I'm sure if I asked for the table to be cleaned, it would've been. I'm sure if I had mentioned the fries were salty or the two pieces of chicken were tough, they'd had made me a new order.

Parking: It's not friendly parking for those pulling trailers, in campers, or a bus. You could park some distance away and make an easy walk from other nearby shopping.
