It's Fast food
Fries were not hot. Though that seems to be the standard at all fast food nowadays.
Took the drive-thru so cannot really say anything about atmosphere.

Ordered a Box Combo in the drive-thru today and went back to office.
Opened the meal to find 4 of the smallest *fingers* I've ever seen from any Cane's visit. Barely bigger than a McNugget lol.
Will not be going to this location anytime soon or ever.

We ran over to Raising Canes around 10pm & everything was fresh. The french fries were hot, which was really nice. We didn't get the end of the day leftovers.

I had an excellent experience at Cane’s, and it was all thanks to our server, Noah. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The chicken and fries were delicious, but Noah’s service truly made the visit outstanding.

I really enjoyed the chicken and fries here. The sauce was also amazing. But most importantly, I want to thank Noah once again for taking such great care of us. He checked on us throughout our meal, asked if we needed anything, and helped with anything we were missing. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you again to the entire kitchen and service team!

I love the chicken and sauce. Never dined inside, but the drive thru service is great.

Didn't ask if I wanted ketchup. And these are the smallest chicken fingers. I've ever gotten from canes ever. If you go to the Apple Valley one, you'll get about twice as much chicken. Because their chicken strips are bigger

A solid 10+ minute wait even when there’s barely anyone else around.
Doors that open well after the posted hours - bonus points for standing outside wondering if they forgot they have a business.
Wrong or missing items with zero accountability (and no upgrade when you go back for their mistake 😂).
The thrill of being greeted with a blank stare and a silent handoff of your soda-soaked food bag.
A spilled drink experience - every. single. time.
And of course, consistently poor service.

Charged me for three box combos two extra toast, and four extra sauces and only received two box combos, and the wrong drinks. One being completely out of syrup.

I just experienced the worst drive-thru in my life in this store imagine being in front of the screen in 30 minutes without any noise i will never come back here 😤

It is what it is. A chicken finger and fries place. Food is good and fairly quick.
