At 12:30 on a Thursday, we got right in and ordered. Restrooms were clean, but the tables were not cleaned nor was the soda/napkin area. It wasn't horrible, just clearly not attended to. Our service was great and the speed as to be expected for Raising Canes...about 5-10 minutes for the food. Our order with substitutions was accurate. Our fries were too salty, but manageable. This location is one of the best I have visited. The food is always hot and fresh. It can be busy on Sundays for catering orders. That is the only time it has been slow service. I did watch over 500 strips go out the door while waiting, though. Amazing crew.
I ran inside for an order to go and it was a huge party atmosphere everybody was joking around. Very loud rambunctious had extra friends hanging out with the at workers. My order got screwed up part of it left out. I didn't know because I took it to go until I was a half hour away. This was on a Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m.. one guy was even vacuuming the carpet and would not move out of the way so I could walk to the counter to order. Fries were super soggy. Forgot...
