Red Lobster

Glad the shrimp cocktail is back. Came looking for the grilled scallops and shrimp, but only found grilled shrimp. All was good.

We had a lovely dinner on Christmas Day at the Red Lobster in Burnsville. The service was exceptional as was the food and the wine. A great way to celebrate the holidays.

The staff is always polite, respectful and answers your questions about options on the menu.
The price point for the snow crab dish is too high for what is provided on the plate. The amount of crab meat is very minimal. The bulk of the food on the plate is like French fries which corporate calls crunchy potatoes. The taste of the potatoes was good, but I came to eat fish. A more nutritional option would have been nice.
The next time my husband and I visited, I ordered coconut shrimp which was dry and the dominant food on the plate was crunchy potatoes.
I tried to call the corporate phone number, but NO ONE ANSWERS to discuss this privately.

Our server, Jesse, was great. The food was wonderful and we all had a nice time. Recommend highly.

Everything from server, food, attention to detail, was beyond our expectations and our expectations were high. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and the staff were attentive and friendly and helpful. Every item was perfectly prepared. The bacon wrapped scallops with the leafy greens and lemon lime vinaigrette was delicious and fun. Lobster was perfectly done. The crispy Brussel sprouts stole the show! These are things you can't get at home. So much fun and romantic. It's days later and we're still talking about it. Shout out to Leah, our server. She couldn't have been more helpful,friendly,and truly interested in us and our experience.

Omg Kristen really went above and beyond to give us the full seafaring experience. I felt like I was a crew member upon a 20ft schooner eating fresh seafood by the pail. What a ride. Thank you Kristen.

I came in for lunch. My server was Buffy Avery pleasant person. The food was hot and very good. Bob The manager came over and asked how everything was he had a great attitude and very friendly. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Parking: There's alot of parking and some street parking also available.

Tanya, goes way beyond in service. She always greets us immediately and proceeds to bring us our drinks and biscuits even before we order. Very attentive through out our dinner. Get's us drink to go cups take home boxes as soon as we are done. Kudos to manager Bob as well. He has always stopped to visit with us, and lent a helping hand when phone coupons didn't work. He would get it taken care of for us.

Very good as usual
This time we had Lobster Fest! Cap Code pasta dish was unbelievable! Tons of shrimp, one and a half lobster tails, and a bunch of mussels. Eli was our waiter he was kind and very on top of everything. What a great birthday dinner.

It’s an ok place;lobster was good but the steak (cooked how I wanted it )just had no flavor. But we’ve been here before. We knew what to expect I’m sure we will go back someday.

Big thank you to the server Amy for a wonderful early birthday dinner with my dad and family. Getting to have snow crab legs was a treat. And the lobster necklace looks amazing!!!
