The food was good, but we did have to wait 17 minutes after getting seated to get acknowledged by any employee. Once we were acknowledged, it was by our waitress, and she told us that the hostess failed to enter something on their end, therefore she didn't know she had a table to attend to. We found it hard to believe that a table full of 8 people with no waters or drinks and no plates, would go unnoticed for that long, but apparently it happened.

Family get-together is social hour. The staff is always very friendly and the food is always extremely fresh and flavorful. Plenty of parking

Every single time we order from this place they screw it up. This time they checked off items that were not included but left an item unchecked we did get. Anyway, what my kids ordered were checked but we didn’t get their food. I opened up my chop sticks and they were covered with black mold. The others were fine. My kids were hungry and wanted their food. But if you order from a place with bad service and use door dash it’s doomed to fail. We didn’t even bother ordering the missed items because we got a refund. We’d still have to tip the next person.

The food follow suite and it’s always fresh, hot (unless it’s sushi), and speedy! Would recommend to any of my friends 10/10

Shogun is a very friendly environment with a lot of great cooks. The food is so fantastic and I love the disco balls they have in the ceiling. Everything went smoothly and on time. The best Valentine’s Day we’ve ever had.

Great food and even greater service! We’ve had Mickey as our server twice and he’s simply the best! He brings great energy, makes a mean margarita, and keeps us coming back :) Food taste and presentation is all 10/10, best wontons I’ve had anywhere! We sat near the door so it was a little chilly, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Best sushi & service in Burnsville!

Dinner and a show!!! Shogun is my favorite place to celebrate my birthday or mother's day!!! The food and atmosphere are both wonderful!!! My husband and I usually start out with a sushi roll before ordering our usual - The Shogun Special for two. Starts out with soup and salad. The Special comes with filet mignon, shrimp, lobster, fried rice, noodles and mixed vegetables. Our boys love to get the kids hibachi as well. Its a hearty portion for growing boys! The chefs are very skilled and interactive with us while putting on a little show... onion volcano, egg flipping into their hat and more!
