I’m giving 4 stars because They messed up my order, but they get 4 stars because the service was excellent Mackenzie told me to come back tomorrow and she would cook a fresh burger for me. So I did and she even gave me a free soda and free fry with it as well. Very good managing. Thank you and will be back

Kid said he couldn’t make me a smoothie because it’s down and it’s making thick smoothie but the trash is full of smoothie cups and he made one right in front of me when I was waiting to ask for a to-go box. Literally haven’t been here for 5 years because we found a piece of hair in our burgers and service here still sucks! Do not recommend this location!

Very slow service. They had 5 people working in the kitchen and only one in the front. Food was coming up quick but nobody could get the food out. Also they got our order wrong so we had to wait even longer.
The attention here at night is disgusting, you are attended by a young lady with a very bad face and in a very bad way as if she wanted to tell you leave do not bother us, if you want to eat burgers at night and feel that your money is useless and that you are seen in an ugly way, this is the place for you.

Everything indicates that the store opens at 10:30 a.m. during the week but when I tried to go at 11:00 on a Wednesday the door was locked and they were closed
