Miraculous
The workers handling and serving food showed a lack of regard for hygiene practices. A cook had to sternly instruct them to stop using their phones and wash their hands, which they did reluctantly.

There was only a party of 3 in the building when we arrived, so we did not come at a busy time. Yet it took 30 minutes from the time our receipt was printed until we received our togo order. The fries were cold, but the rest of the food was hot and delicious. Just very slow and seemingly uncaring service from the staff as they cared more about being on their phones.

My sons double bacon burger was huge and he ate it all! Our sweet potato waffle fries were good but overcooked. My husband and I enjoyed our singles and our traditional fries were excellent.

I always stop by to order to go. The staff always make sure my order is complete and that I get a drink tray for our two drinks. You just don't see people connecting with the public like they do anymore, maybe because I'm old. The young people that work there make me smile.

They were super busy with pick-up orders so service was really slow. The gal that was taking orders was super friendly and apologized a couple times for the slow service.
We like the food here. Came in at 8:45 pm on 10/17 and no one bothered to look at us or say hello. Waited a few minutes while they brought orders to a table and got a to go order on its way and then they silently walked away and ignored us. It's fine to be busy but greet people for heaven's sake! Failed customer service 101.

Really loved coming here for the colorado burger but they're getting rid of it unfortunately. I always appreciate how far the staff goes for customers and remembering my face or order, easy conversations and friendly faces. Love the root beer bottles. Lots of parking!
