The cashier kept running her fingers from her hair, I asked her if she was going to wash her hands, she stared at me, so I ordered a drink, and she picked up my cup and so I walked out. Before I left, I mentioned to a coworker that it was really gross that she kept touching her hair. I asked if there was a manager and he very rudely said no. Sounds like they need some leadership to train on food safety and customer service.

Worst starbucks, Ive ever been in. So dirty, theres only 2 people working when there's 20 people in line. There needs to be a standard. I gave it 2 star instead of 1, they are just trying to survive this onslaught of orders.

I will NEVER return to this Starbucks.The girl you had working on Saturday Sept 10 at 2:30 who was wearing the headscarf should NOT be working there.First They STARTED by PUTTING THEIR HEAD IN THEIR HANDS & BENDING OVER SO I COULDN'T SEE THEIR FACE MAKING ME THINK SOMETHING WAS WRONG,SOME KINDA ATTACK ETC!! THEN I STATED what I wanted VERY Clearly the FIRST TIME,I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO REPEAT MY SAME ORDER TO THEM OVER 5 TIMES!!! & they still JUST stood there AFTER THAT SAYING WHAT & ASKING WHAT I WANTED??!! I JUST TOLD THEM OVER 5 TIMES!!! THERE was a line full of people,I SHOULD'VE just walked away,I'm NOT EXAGGERATING WHEN I SAY SOMETHING WAS SERIOUSLY WRONG!!! I JUST WAS ORDERING 1 DRINK FROM THE MENU,NOTHING COMPLICATED,NO SPECIAL REQUESTS, IWOULD NOT LET THIS PERSON WAIT ON YOU UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPEAT YOURSELF OVER 5 TIMES & STILL HAVE THEM ASK WHAT YOU WANTED!!!
