Very disappointing came in at 6 o’clock, and they had already put away all the food that was in the glass case they pretty much ignored us forgot my husband’s drink place was out of sort. . Didn’t like it. Very disappointing won’t come again.

Super dirty and disgusting. Bathrooms were like the worst I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks. Floors were dirty. Barista was crabby and didn’t greet me or do anything resembling customer service. As someone who used to work at Starbucks for 5 years I know this is far below Starbucks standards and news attention and improvement. Even black Pike Place roast didn’t taste right.

On 11/12/2025 the person in charge of closing and the employees on this shift all decided to close early with no warning. Me and several customers were stuck outside waiting.

Terrible service. I travel for my job all over the states. This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If you go here, be ready to wait 25-30 minutes for coffee.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. One of the staff (she didn’t wear her name tag) was not friendly at all. When I came to order my drink, the barista didn’t even try to communicate with me — she didn’t ask what I wanted or say a single word. After I placed my order, she didn’t tell me the price or give any instructions; she just stared at me, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I had to look at the payment screen myself to figure out how much to pay. Overall, the service was cold and unwelcoming. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from Starbucks

The drink is really good, honestly but there’re some staffs have a bad attitude. She didn’t even say hi to the customers, and didn’t tell us the price of the drink, what does it mean? She just stood there without asking what we want to order or any other communicate. We wonder was there any problems cause we’re Asian?

I've been to this location twice. Both times I left empty handed. The first time I went with my wife we stood at the register without being acknowledged or greeted. No "we'll be right with you" or anything. After standing for several minutes we became annoyed at the lack of customer service, and left.

The second time wasn't any different. I stood at the register while two baristas worked without acknowledging me. After waiting several minutes without being helped, a worker in the back who was doing dishes, noticed me and came to help. I ordered a matcha, but they didn't have matcha. I will not be returning. Lack of acknowledgment felt disrespectful and rude.

it was my birthday and i asked for a free drink and i had it all set up on my phone and showed the bartsia and she said the barcode wasn’t working so she refused to give me a free drink even though it was all set up. she had no patience and i specifically went there on my birthday to get a free drink so i had to pay

The chinese lady working is racist she seen us come the first time and told us they didnt have money to change a 50$ so we came back and hour later and we go to order and she says “ sorry we do not have that .. when they literally had it ready the first time.

Slow as hell. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was still waiting for my cheese danish. They were just gossiping & slamming things around. Gave very bad energy. Not friendly at all with customers.

Toooo slow inside and outside we waited drive through so long and we went inside and they also stopped the app orders ridiculous never recommend this place if you are in hurry for your personal convenience thanks

I’ve had nonstop issues with this location and I frequent Starbucks 2-3 times a week. Order ahead takes anywhere between 15-30 min just because the staff sits around talking or moves at a sloth pace of 1 drink every 1-2 minutes. They once asked to take my phone inside the store from the drive thru to scan it since their card readers at the drive through was down but was gone for almost 5 min. Writing this now as my order was supposed to be ready 10 min ago and they still haven’t started on it. There is also trash on the ground, frustrated customers and flies
