I have been trying to update my account information, but seems to me that they don't care, saying something about a glitch. Very frustrating!

I wish they would stop using single use plastics. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, they didn't ask if I was eating here, which I was, but they gave me the sandwich in a large plastic to go box anyway. The sandwich was in the box for less than two minutes and the plastic box will now be sitting in a landfill for at least a hundred years before it even begins to break down. They definitely had clean plates available stacked and ready to be used. Please stop using single use plastics when you don't have to.

I wanted to put a 1, but this is the only bookstore close to me.I ordered a book on Sunday and it said it will be delivered at my door step. All of a sudden I got a voice mail saying to come pick it up at the store before the 20th. I didn’t think anything of it other then, “there’s probably an accident during the ordering process.” So of course, I went to pick it up the next weekend which was the 18th. I went there and was told to pay for the book I already ordered. I explained that I already did, but they were consistent on it. They explained that the payment was probably refunded after I didn’t pick it up on time. But here’s the problem, 1) I did show up on time. 2) I payed with it in cash, so where did it got refunded to?! I left without getting the book and my money gone.

I like coming here just for it’s nice atmosphere along with having cool books.
